These steps may be helpful, kindly follow these to move and resize Add Text Comment on your system- -Open any PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC -Load comment app -Click on "Add text comment" to select it -Now click on the page and enter some texts -Press ESC key so that text comment gets committed -Now whenever you hover mouse over the added text comment boundary around it will get enable and you should be able to move and resize it. Hi riccardof84608889, Thanks for the info. The said preference can also be changed by modifying registry. You need to modify the DWORD "bProtectedMode" and set its value as 0(zero). Kindly follow the steps: -Open registry editor on your system -Goto [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\Trunk\Privileged] -Double click on "bProtectedMode" and set its value 1 then click OK to save. -Restart Adobe Reader and try to attach any PDF. Hi marcelr,​ Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, this is an issue. Trying to attach a PDF from shared network/folder, Adobe Reader/Acrobat throws error if the default email client is Outlook. This issue does not occur if the default email client is Mail. For a workaround you can change your default email client on your Mac from Outlook to Mail and then try the workflow. Hi danieldunn10, I got the Outlook Standard version is 16.0.4498.1000 installed on my system, unfortunately I could not reproduce the issue. Attach to email works fine whether I  install Microsoft update - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3141511/february-7-2017-update-for-outlook-2016-k b3141511​  or not. I request you to install all important Windows updates after installing the above KB. Could you please check if you have installed all the critical Windows updates- -Goto "Control Panel->System and Security->Windows Update" and check critical Windows updates if you have already installed all important Windows updates, its status should be "Green" and "Red" otherwise. Hi FerozKamalForum, Thanks for the update. Yes,  Pro DC requires authentication until you kill the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer" and delete a registry entry "CredentialsV4" under HKCU. Could you please try the steps-   -Kill the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer" from Task Manager   -Delete the registry entry "CredentialsV4" if present at [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Synchronizer\DC\CredentialsV4] , ignore if not present.
