Here is how you can collect the crash dump : When Reader Crashes (If you get this error message "Adobe Reader has stopped working") , Can you please share with us the Crash Logs . For Getting the Crash Logs: a.      When Acrobat Reader Crashes , Open Windows Task Manager b.      -> Got To Processes, There you can see a process "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" / AcroRd32.exe c.      Right Click on this process and click "Create Dump File" d.      Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files). e.      Save this DMP file on any Cloud Storage and Share the link for that with us. Hi David, Apologies for late response! Actually we are not able to reproduce the issue at our end with similar setup. Could you please try the following to nail down the problem: -Try to attach any other file say a word file and see if it gets attached      To do this: Open a word file and Goto "File>>Share>>Send Document"           -If you have Outlook installed on your Mac then make it default email reader and try your workflow with any PDF      To do this follow the steps: i). Hi lawrencef26272305, We are not able to reproduce the issue at our end, We are able to easily change Font/Color/Size of Text Box comment. For Acrobat XI, Please follow the steps to change these properties- -Open any PDF, load comment app -Add a Text Box comment, text cursor appears in it to enter the text.     (if you want to change the text properties of already added text box comment, you need to double click in it) -Press ctrl+e (windows) OR cmd+e(Mac) then appears the Text Box Text Properties toolbar and you can change the properties.
