Hi, I'm starting to hate Adobe since a few months, I have problems every time I want to make updates of all applications even Creative Cloud. Adobe, are the only applications or software from any compagny that I have difficulty. Now the update today the download of Photoshop it stops at 19%, Bridge at 67%, Lightroom at 43%.

Hi Sahil, I could have answered you immediately without doing anything, but I did what you asked me to do. It does not change, the process stopped at 42%. The other day, when I had the same problem with a download of a Lightroom or Adobe Created Cloud update, an Adobe employee took control of my computer and did the same thing and it did not help too much. And this employee, has never been able to solve my problem.

Hi, After having a similar problem couple of week ago with Lightroom, now it is with Photoshop CC 2019. When I try to update Photoshop in ACC desktop, it stop at 42% or 43%. What I do now? Last time I have to call the Adobe support 3 times to have one good Expert to solve my problem.He uninstall ACC, clean ACC and install a new ACC. What hapen with Adobe? I never ha a problem before and now I have problem one after an other. I have windows 10 Thank you

The solution, for me, in Adobe Creative Cloud, disconect the Adobe account, reconect to Adobe account and start immediately the update.

All my files are on my NAS. I can export on the original directory but not on an others directory.

It only work to where the original file is, and the original is on the NAS. Not working to export on C drive or a sub-directory of the original file.

Thank you for your reply. I have another Nikon camera and a Sony and when I import the raw files in LR the files have not been changed. It is only the model Z and only the Raw files, not the jpg. It is not only to change the values to 0, but there are some basic values that have been changed. And even if I click Reset, nothing changes.

When importing RAW files from Nikon Z6 into Lightroom Classic 8.1, Camera Raw 11.1, some settings are changed, such as contrast, shadow, saturation, chroma aberration etc. But it is not the same value to each file and only in RAW files not the files jpg and only with the Z6. I dont want Lightroom modify my RAW files. I never have that before. Can you help me please.

Hi, Bonjour After I install Lightroom Classic yesterday, when I open the rush tool or the graduated filter side panel, the panel is to big. It is to big I cant see the slide cursor to go up and down and the close button. It is only those 2 buttons that is to big. Hello, I installed Photoshop CC2017 and Lightroom CC2015 about a week ago. The touch-up brush tool in Lightroom is very slow and long to react when I make a stroke which makes my work long and difficult. Whether I use my mouse or my Wacom tablet, it's the same. In Photoshop, it does not seem to be a problem. I have Windows 10, with 12G of memory. Thank you for helping me.
