Hi richard g, Thanks for reaching out. As @Mohammad.Harb mentioned, there is one way to export all the compositions in one video that you club them together in a single composition. However, you'll need to make the adjustments in the preview for the different layers in the "Main" composition otherwise the preview will overlap each other and you may not get the correct preview in the export. Which Operating System are you using? Do you get the issue with every project? Have you tested the issue with different export settings? Additionally, please make a change to Media Encoder preferences. The steps to follow are: Open Adobe Media Encoder's preferences: Preferences > General > Premiere Pro.
