Unable to extend display previews to the 3rd monitor After Effects CC 2019

I'm having issues where Mercury Transmit won't work to a 3rd monitor. Been having it since upgrading to 16.1, have had to roll back to previous versions. I've tried contacting customer support, but I've sat there for hours with no contact.
