Hello, Would you mean Composition menu > Add to Media Encoder Queue? My guess about the cause is some plug-ins which Media Encoder 2018 does not support yet is included. Please check the launch of Media Encoder itself.

Hello, My environment is OSX 10.11. The tool shows some old versions and 2017 is not included. It might be a bug. It would be better to contact Adobe support team directly.

Hello, 1. You move to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2017\Support Files . 2. You open Command Prompt application (cmd.exe). 3. You drag GPUSniffer.exe into Command prompt window and hit the enter key. 4. You get the information of your GPU.

Hello, I am not sure about the specific cause. What I would recommend to do next is you install older version of AE (CC 2015) or choose other formats (not H264) or render the image without Quicktime.

Hello, The log points out mkl_def.dll . The file might be corrupted. If you find the same file in your system folder (C:\Windows\System32), you backup the original file and replace it with one in your system folder. I have seen that some users encounter the trouble of PNG format with After Effects in this forum. Instead of using PNG, you try JPG format.

Hello, You can try two options. One is you change the language selection in Creative Cloud tool and download the installer again. Another option is that the Behavior folder is located at /Adobe After Effects CC 2017/Presets/Behaviors/ and that you open the folder and rename the Behavior each as you like without changing the extension (*.ffx).

Hello, What timing does your After Effects stop? Flash animation during launch? There are a few possible causes. You check 1. Graphic card driver 2. Plug-ins 3. Fonts If one of them does not meet the system requirement, After Effects stops.

Hello, It sounds an annoying issue. What version did you make the original project file by? It is usually converted automatically to the newer version. If the original version is pretty old, I would recommend you convert it by AE v12.x or so and then reconvert it by AE v13.
