Why will AE graphic play in source feed but not timeline?

I created a text graphic using an After Effects template.  It's short - just says "please share".  I exported it as a  mov file and ingested it into my PR project folder.  It appeared in the source feed when I play it there, but when I drag it to the PR timeline and play, it doesn't appear.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

Hello,

Have you tried to do this way?

After Effects

1. File > Export > Adobe Premiere Pro Project...

2. You save the project file.

Premiere Pro

1. You open the project file created by After Effects export.

Without exact info about your file's specs and things like sequence settings in Premiere and output settings in Ae nobody can tell you much. chnaces are that they are not compatible and thus require the timeline to be explicitly rendered in Premiere before being able to play it.
