Good news-ish.... It is now possible to see decimals for slider values in your Mogrts when exported out of the latest release version of AE 23.1on two conditions. - Custom ranges for the sliders need to be edited to include a decimal. - Mogrts have to be re-exported out of AE 23.1 (or after). @Phi.Def  This may be an issue of set-up and the order in which values are calculated and rendered. Because the way the Render Order of Operations works,  the changes to the Size Parameter need to happen at the same Comp Level as the Camera and Light so that they can "see" the changes.  I've attached a project where I moved the shape from your project out of the PreComp and onto the same level as the Camera and Light.   You can see that changing the Essential Property value in the timeline now renders the Shadow as expected.    All that being said, I need to run this by some of the geniuses on the AE team. There might very well still be a bug here, or it may just be a limitation of how Essential Properties work.   But hopefully this can unblock you a bit?    Cheers, Dacia ... View more

Hi @Erickson22642791ynl3,    .aegraphics were only designed to help collect all relevant media and assets in your project if you were moving it around. An .aegraphic lives in a .mogrt and the .mogrt file is the shareable and installable file.  Under the hood though these are all .zip files. So if you find yourself in this predicament, change the .aegraphic extension to .zip and open the .aep in After Effects. Use the Essential Graphics Panel in AE to re-export the .mogrt file. You can choose to export it to your Local Templates Folder which Premiere will "see" natively. Of course, you can export to a CC Library ot any other folder of your choice as well.    I would recommend you sort the Essential Graphics Panel in Premiere by Most Recent so you can see the newly exported Mogrt right at the top of your list. Do this by using the icon at the bottom left of the EGP that looks like 3 lines.    Sorry for all the extra hoops. Whoa really??!?!    Ok now I'm very scared. @Shawn8317 and @pablogrollan can y'all please send me a copy of the bad project via Direct Messages. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙏🏽  We have a bug on Text Expressions slowing Essential Props rendering down but its been hard to nab. This confirms the bad behavior without a doubt. I suspect its the for loops running per character across multiple text layers. Hi Macsous,  There are certain formats that can only be used on specific Operating Systems. For instance, .avi files cannot be imported into Premiere on a Mac. Its not a file type that is supported by the OS. If I were to build a .mogrt in Windows with an .avi file it would fail on Mac.  Same is true in reverse. There are file formats that Windows does not like and if they are in a Mogrt made on a Mac where it worked, then it will choke on Win.    But all this still is conjecture until I can see the actual Mogrts themselves. Can you please Direct Message me some examples of your problem Mogrts? Hi @Kristin5CA6 ,   Apologies for the very late reply here. Sometimes I miss new reports in comments of older reports. If you're not seeing your animation in Premiere Pro, then its very likely you added a keyframed control to the EGP. The keyframes are ignored in Premiere because they can only represent one value-- i.e. the value the editor will make once the control is in Premiere.  Using Precomps and pickwhipping keyframed parameters to Expression controls is a good workaround. Hi All,    This bug had to do with a conflict from an OS update removing the mechanism that Premiere Pro used to copy files that appears to only affect Mac users. It is currently fixed in Beta and will be part of the 22.6.1 release.   Here are a few workarounds that will help in the meantime:  You can manually add Mogrts to the Motion Graphics Template folder: Mac: /username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates or Navigate to the hamburger menu in the Essential Graphics Panel and choose the command “Manage Additional Folders.” Follow the dialogs to link the EGP to the folder where the Mogrts are. Give the EGP a minute and a dropdown will appear that will give you the option to point the Browser to that folder.  Save the Mogrt to CC Lib.    Thanks for reporting this and thanks for your patience, Dacia   ... Hi @Justin Schultz,    There are a couple of reasons that this could be happening.  What version of PR are you running?  What is the format of the files in the Mogrt that are going offline? Was the Mogrt create on a Mac and then added to a sequence on a Win? The Windows OS will sometimes flag certain formats as invalid and won't load them properly.    Any additional info, specs, screen recordings and the Mogrt itself is super helpful to help diagnose the issue.  Please feel free to DM me if you prefer to share the Mogrt privately.    Thanks, Dacia   ... The initial issue was resolved last year. Unfortunately, a new issue was introduced last week because Stock has introduced a subscription model. We are hoping that this will be resolved soon. Hi @Jack22956158qyz3 ,    Thank you for reporting this issue. I'm not seeing a blank or black frame but I am seeing the wrong frame. I have confirmed that if a Mogrt has Responsive Time enabled, then the Hold Frame that is created is from frame zero and not the frame at the CTI.  I can reproduce this behavior whether I have PreComps in the Mogrt or not. And I cannot reproduce the issue if the Mogrt I'm using does not have Responsive Time. Responsive Time has to be enabled by creating Protected Regions at the Primary Comp level, fwiw.    Another thing bug I'm seeing when using Add Hold Frame is that whatever is before the cut re-times that part to include the entire duration of the original mogrt from beginning to end.  I'm getting this filed now and will let y'all know when you can find a fix in Beta or if there is a reason why this behavior cannot be resolved.  In the meantime, here's a tutorial on how to create controls in your Mogrt with Expressions.
