HI @JuMagne974,    The Media Replacement Control is bound to the dimensions, duration, and frame rate of the image, video, or comp that the control was created with by the time it gets to Premiere Pro.  There is currently no way for the shape layer to "see" the dimensions of the new media that is being replaced in Premiere.  This is set in stone and was foundational to get the feature working to begin with so I don’t see it changing any time soon. But I’ve seen some interesting workarounds by creating a control that has the largest possible dimensions and using alpha / non-alpha information to drive the size of the shape or frame in your design. You can use a Precomp to create the Media Replacement control and make it whatever dimension, duration, and frame rate you need.  Maybe that is a possible pathway? The concept is that the shape looks for the area where there is no alpha and then re-sizes the shape at the boundary where the replaced image and the alpha of the MR Control (with larger dimensions) meet.   sampleImage() is the expression that can be uses to sample the alpha channel. Depending on your design, you may get mileage out of it. Fair warning, though, sampleImage() is performance intensive and will slow down your mogrt a fair bit.   Thanks, Dacia   ... View more

I'm passing on the feedback about filtering for un-analyzed clips to the team.  I'm so silly and asked for your build with some inside baseball jargon-- my apologies for that. I meant to ask, "What Beta build number are you on?" You can go to the top bar Help menu > About Premier Pro and it will pop-up a screen that will say something like "25.2 x 100" for example. We took a stab at fixing the "Complete with Errors" bug, but I suspect it still needs some work. Would you mind updating to today's Beta build and letting me know if you're still seeing this bug? It's currently build number 110 and will be 111 later today if it passes.  Additionally, it sounds like there may be a separate issue with clips over an hour long. Would you be able to share some of these clips with me?  You can Direct Message me on this platform with a WeTransfer link or whatever method you prefer. If you close and re-start the app, do the files that were stuck get re-analyzed? What happens if you bring those specific files into their own project?  Do they still fail or is analysis complete?  Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. Hi @jmro,    They will be in your Prefs if you're using a current version of Beta, today's version is 25.2 x 95.  Are you in Beta or release?    Also the logs I'm looking for need to be enabled by a debug flag in the Console 😞  1. Use the hamburger menu in the Console view to get to the Debug Database  2. Search for "Create" 3. Set "CreateLogFilesThatDoNotExist" to "true"  4. Relaunch the app  5. Get into the state where your playback is lagging  6. Reveal log files...  I think this should get us the log files that will be helpful.    ... View more

I didn't realize that the command Reveal Logs opened two different folder locations. You can do that by doing the following:    Start AE Help Menu => Enable Logging Restart AE Click through any errors. Help Menu => Reveal Logging Files...
