@Haider_ali,    I just confirmed with our devs and it looks like the issue is that your Nvidia card may be too old to support Advanced 3D 😞  Here are the requirements for After Effects 24.0+: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements.html   -- "For NVidia GPUs, they must have at least 4 GB of RAM and be of the Maxwell generation or newer.  The line between Kepler and Maxwell is complicated, but all NVidia cards in the GTX 9x0 generation are Maxwell. I can get your model to load on both Mac and Windows on my end. 😞    The model is fairly small and simple as well so the obvious reasons of why this may not be working for you are not relevant in your case.  You have enough VRAM so that isn't the issue.  Let's try a few more things...  What happens if you turn Draft 3D on? Does anything render then?  It doesn't look like Adaptive Resolution is turned on in your screenshots but I may be wrong about that. Can you try the clicking on the Lightning Bolt icon next to the Resolution Dropdown and making sure it is turned on.  Have you tried updating your NVidia driver? Do you have an Integrated GPU on your machine? HI @Adventure Drums,    Oy! If the client can provide you with the .mogrt files, then I would definitely do that. Othewise, you're going to need to go through the many hoops of   Change the .aegraphic extension to .zip   Unzip the file   Open the .aep   Use the Essential Graphics Panel to re-export the project as a Mogrt    There are some scripts that you can use to batch export Mogrts but I'm 99% sure you'll still need to prep the files by unzipping the .aep with steps 1-3 to use the script.  Here is an example of one such script  https://volltone.gumroad.com/l/ae-mogrt-batch-exporter#:~:text=Just%20select%20multiple%20compositions%20in,to%20mogrts%20with%20one%20click.  ... Ok so it looks like we may have an issue with prefs and GPUs.  If you could:  Open Preferences  Go to Start Up and Repair   Navigate to the button that says "Reveal in Explorer"   Move that file to the Desktop or somewhere that we can find it later and that it remains preserved  Close AE  Relaunch AE while holding CTRL + Alt + Shift until a dialog appears that asks if you want to reset prefs   Hit OK   Now try and import a 3D Model or change your renderer to Advanced 3D.    If this does work for you, then awesome and please send me your prefs please. Hi @Sterphy,    I know you said you didn't want to troubleshoot anymore, but I got a hint from one of our developers who said you may be hitting the ceiling on your VRAM.    "The kinds of things that I would expect to improve that would be things like closing other GPU using apps (web browsers with a lot of tabs can be an expected culprit here. A few quick questions so we can try and get to the bottom of things...    What version of After Effects are you on?  Did this work before and now it doesn't?  Can you install the latest Beta and tell me if you get a different result? They were released in 24.4 and we've continued developing them through 24.5 Beta.   To note... we support skeletal animations but our engine does not yet support morph target animation.    You can download AE Beta from the Creative Cloud Desktop App and you can have both the release and Beta installs at the same time 🙂  ... Hi @Shebbe,  This is fallout from introducing Essential Properties in the Props Panel in 23.6 which added Font Controls to the Text Control for Essential Properties.  When the EPs were only in the timeline, in versions 23.5 and before, the only way to overwrite a Primary text control was by changing the source text via the Edit Text pop-up menu. It was not possible to change the font, font size, or faux style. So if users made changes to the font stylings in the EGP, those changes would cascade to all of the related text params in Essential Properties. This behavior actually breaks the concept of EPs at its very core, since no params should cascade out to all templated params once they've been edited. But! that was the way it worked for years.   As of 23.6, though all of the sub-parameters of the source text control can be exposed via the Properties Panel. source text font font family font size font control Changing the source text of the EP text overwrites the primary value and now becomes independent from the Primary Control. So if you change the font in the Primary Control, that change won’t cascade to the EP-related Text Controls if one of the sub-params listed above has been changed. The new model introduced in 23.5 also broke existing projects where font stylings are not respected in some cases. i.e. even when the font parameters were not exposed in the EGP, the wrong font is rendering at project open.   It's truly a mess. We've tried to get a fix developed but it's led to more convoluted problems and confusing design issues.  I'm so sorry for this awful situation. Hi @Otávio19136435r6xs,  AE has a default Active Camera that you can orbit or pan with. To reset this, click on the dropdown menu at the bottom of the Comp Window that says "Active Camera" You can then select "Reset Default Camera" and it should fix your issue.    Cheers, ... View more
