Hey there, let's take a closer look! Right now I believe the export settings are tied to a sequence, so if you set the export range to Source In/Out on one sequence it should stick until you go to export a new sequence, even if it's the same project. Could you confirm for me that the settings are sticking based on sequence, but not project? Once we're sure that it's working as designed, we can put in a feature request to get the design updated. What Mylenium said! You'd need to export it as a gif rather than a video file and make sure that wherever you're posting on it plays gifs on a loop. I feel like most platforms automatically loop gifs so you should be good! If you're curious, there are some expressions that will help you loop your keyframed animations without having to copy/paste all your frames. Check out this youtube tutorial for tips! It's 90 seconds.

Hey alexh81190200 Super sorry to see this! Which version of Premiere are you using? You can see by opening up the Creative Cloud Desktop app and hovering your mouse over the title of "Premiere Pro." Should say something like 22.6.2 Could you try in a previous version to see if that will stop your computer from flatlining? https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html We'll bring this to our engineering team as soon as we know the version number, and hopefully we'll find you a workaround. Hey there, welcome to the Community! This text effect is definitely possible in Premiere Pro, let's find the easiest way to do it. I found a tutorial here on Youtube that will show you how to make the words appear on the screen as the video is speaking. After you get the timing of your text animation, you can customize the font and color. Then if you'd like, you could apply some video transitions to the text clips to add more movement to them. This should get you started. Hope it helps!

It sounds like a permissions error to me! Like Premiere thinks it isn't allowed to access your Finder/File Explorer to edit the clips. Few easy things to try first (if you haven't already!) Reset Preferences Clear Cache (if you can) If that doesn't work, try using Premiere on a fresh user account. This will tell us for sure whether or not it's a permissions error. Here's how to create a new user account on your machine: Mac PC If launching from a fresh user account allows you to add to the timeline, we need to repair the permissions for your the user account you prefer to use! On a PC, you can right-click on Premiere and select "Run as Administrator." Easy as that! On a Mac, you can try using Disk Utility. Definitely let us know if it's still giving you a hard time after all this.

The suggestion above is great – there is a loading bar in the bottom right that will show you that all your footage has been processed. We also have a video here on Youtube with some other suggestions on fixing choppy playback.

Hi Jim! You can manage the cloud-synced media by going to assets.adobe.com Go to Synced Files>Adobe>Assets and you should see a Rush project labeled with a series of numbers. Try deleting any unnecessary clips from there and refreshing the page. There is a number in the bottom left corner of the webpage that tells you how much of your storage you've used! Hope this helps

Hi Stefan – yes, the music is royalty-free, but the rights vary by the region you're publishing in! If you're planning on using the audio on something important, I would test the region's copyright by uploading the video to Youtube on "Private" and see if Youtube gives you any error messages on the copyright claim. After it's done uploading, you can go to studio.youtube.com and see if there are any restrictions. If it says "None" then that track is good to use for your region! If it says copyright claim, you might want to use a different track.

Hi, have you tried any of the other export settings? On mobile, open the menu that says "Quality Settings" and change the setting from "Automatic" to one of the other options. On a computer, open the menu that says "Advanced Settings" and select a different preset. If neither of these work, can you tell us what type of video you're editing? What do you use to record your videos?

Hi there! Let's check a few settings. Is your Cloud Sync enabled on your mobile phone? To check, you can open Rush, locate the project you want to sync and hit the "..." menu to see more options. If your sync is already on, the option will say "Turn sync off." If the sync needs to be enabled so you can see it on your desktop, there will be an option that says "Turn sync on." If the sync is already on, you can try turning it off, then wait about 5 minutes, then turning it back on, and waiting another 5 minutes before you open it on your desktop. That should give it enough time to re-connect your project to the Cloud. The other thing to check is to make sure you're signed into the same account on your mobile Rush and your desktop!

For users recording their footage on a Sony Venice camera, using the Modify>Interpret Footage workflow will not work for those clips! Venice uses the older unmanaged workflow, with a Source Clip Effect that has a toggle switch, and LUTs to adjust from there. You can batch-adjust these clips with an effect preset. To see what I mean, load a clip in the Source monitor, and then open the Effect Controls panel. You should see something like this! You can remove the source effect from there. Hope this is helpful!

It could be related to the Enterprise plan if you're on an education plan! Did you get your ID through a school or other institution? You can't publish directly to social from those accounts, unfortunately. You have to take the long way round. Let us know if you're on an education plan!

After a quick google search it looks like the Mini 2 does have HDR, but it's called "AEB" in the settings. That might help fix this issue from showing up again. Either way, to fix the footage you've already shot, you might try transcoding it using Handbrake.fr I've seen this fix some weird display issues in the past. Let us know how it goes!
