Hey, sorry for this issue! If the user profile is corrupted, that tells us it's an issue related to permissions settings. This might be too simple, but does right-clicking Premiere to select 'Run as Administrator' solve it on your original user profile? Just a few rapid-fire questions that may help. Have you tried exporting to different locations on your computer? Do you have enough storage available to export to? Sorry that the beta apps are missing for you! Could you please share a screenshot of your Creative Cloud desktop app? I attached a screenshot of my Creative Cloud app. You should be able to go to the "Apps" section and switch to the "Beta" tab at the top to see the beta applications. If you don't see the "Beta" tab, try scrolling over to the right. Let us know if this helps Caroline

Hey Eric! Sorry about the issue with generative extend! Did Jamie's info help you out at all? I'm mostly looking at the last caveat he shared. Some enterprise users, particularly those with a CCE v3 license, don't have Firefly services enabled. Therefore, they will not be able to access Generative Extend. Let us know if you heard anything from your IT and admin teams. We'll help however we can. Caroline

Hey there, did either of the suggestions in this thread solve your issue with dragging audio? My first thought was the same as PaulMurphy's – disable Linked Selection in the timeline to drag audio independently from the video track. Attached a screenshot of where it is. I think the main use cases where this difference is noticeable would be when looking at 4K gaming resolution (4096x2304) versus 4K camera footage (4096x2160). Are you editing gameplay footage? Hey Barton, let's see how we can help. I've had a similar issue before! The most important thing for my workflow was to make sure the anchor point was adjusted where I want it before I started keyframing. As for revealing your motion path – I see you have "Toggle direct manipulation" enabled in the bottom left of the Program monitor. That's usually what reveals/hides the motion path. Is your image zoomed in? Try changing the zoom from "100%" to "Fit" and see if it reveals the motion path. See screenshot attached to see where to change it. Please let us know if you found your motion path controls. Caroline

Hey Yumii, I'm wondering if maybe you generated a "static transcript" instead of a "text-based editing" transcript. That might be why the options to edit are greyed out. If you select the "..." icon in the top right, does it give you the option to generate a text-based editing transcript, or does it still say "generate static transcript"? How are you enabling the dynamic link? Try using Premiere to go to File>Import and navigate to your .AEP After Effects project file in the window that appears. Select the .AEP file to import to Premiere and it will give you the option to select the composition you want to import. Let us know if that allows you to import your AE composition to Premiere! Really sorry for this frustration! If you open the Creative Cloud desktop app, you can select "Adobe Fonts" from the right side. Do you see any error messages there? Are the fonts listed in this table available in the Adobe Fonts section of the Creative Cloud desktop app? I know it's annoying to get an error message for no reason. Let us know if you see these fonts on the desktop app. Caroline
