Hi Jon! Rush is still in its early stages and is intentionally designed for simple, intuitive editing. We do have plans to expand the capabilities of the app but if 4k footage is not prioritized as one of the first improvements made, it's because that's an intense workflow that's more well-suited for experienced editors on Premiere Pro. However, you can request 4k export to be prioritized by the engineering team here: Premiere Rush: Hot (384 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps Go to that page and scroll down a bit, you'll see it. Hey C-Hip! My guess is that there's a keyframe hidden at the head or the tail of the clip. Could you try to extend your clip all the way out in both directions to see if there's a keyframe that's not supposed to be there? Let me know! Caroline

Hey there, Chris! That sounds frustrating. My guess is that if it's only distorting within the timeline, maybe it's your sequence settings. You can adjust them by clicking "Sequence" at the toolbar across the very top of your screen and going to "Sequence Settings" and playing around with the audio section. Let me know how that goes! Yeah, I would recommend leaving the device class on MME. It's widely supported by most Microsoft audio systems so it's a pretty safe bet! So glad your system is playing again. Is there anything else I can take a look at for you? Caroline

I found a troubleshooting tutorial that recommended to check your device class under "audio hardware" Adobe Premiere troubleshooting: playback stops working - how to fix in under a minute - YouTube There's also this thread that sounds similar to yours. Hi there, Jeff! When a computer is running slow while editing, my first idea is to create some proxies. Proxies are low-resolution copies of your original footage, and they are generally much easier for systems to process and edit due to their smaller file size. You can see how to create proxies here! Hi there tees6284245! Unfortunately, you can only take a Premiere Clip project into Premiere Pro and cannot do the opposite. Premiere Clip is designed to be fast, fun, and simple! Premiere Pro is for big projects that need lots of editing power. Neil is right, Clip cannot handle a full PrPro project. Thanks for reaching out! Caroline

Have you already tried nesting the clip? Or maybe creating a new sequence from the clip, stabilizing it there, then copy & pasting it into your original sequence? Currently working on recreating the problem, I'll keep you posted. -Caroline
