Hey there, Jon! So sorry about the slow response. I was attempting to get more familiar with the app so as to better assist you. My understanding is that when you import footage through the desktop app, it will create proxies for you to edit with. Upon export, it will use the original files at their original quality and bitrate. To be honest, I'm surprised to hear that your export is not looking like the original footage. Is your Rush app updated to the most recent version? How about your computer OS or your iOS (depending on if you're on the desktop app or mobile app)? Hi, Fogeris! Quick question: are you on a computer or on the mobile app? If you're on a computer, are you on a Mac or PC? I can answer your question about saving the project once I know these answers. As for the transition, Premiere Rush currently only supports the three transitions available. If you require more transitional options for your project, I would highly suggest using Premiere Pro! There are many, many options available, and there are also transitional plug-ins available for Premiere Pro that you can get online, which will provide you with even more options. I've got a couple of questions, and then I can try to recreate the problem on my computer to see if I can figure out what the problem is. My first guess is that you have a ghost in your computer creating all these new projects, but I'll keep thinking. It helps a lot, thanks! Well, what I DO know is that you've got two machines with very different hardware, so it makes sense that they would handle processes differently. What I don't know is whether or not Premiere Rush is able to detect the 1080TI GPU, which would explain the reliance on the CPU. We're investigating the 1080TI detection right now! I have the same phone as you and I was having some issues this morning until I cleared out some space and updated my iOS to 12.1 Could I ask if you're updated to the most recent version of Rush as well as the most recent version of the iOS? Hi there! I've submitted this feature to the engineering team and they agree that it'd be very useful. There are many facets of Rush that could use some TLC so I'm not sure when the team will be able to work on the auditory features, but keep an eye (or an ear) out! Hey there, Motoed! The sync feature won't create proxies for projects that originate on iOS, so even though you've turned the sync on, the app is still using the original media you saved onto your camera roll. So in this case, your export will be using the full res files you have saved on your phone! An additional note for future reference: When a synced project is created on the desktop and then opened on the mobile app, Rush will use proxy media. However, if you want to export their original media in the original resolution, you MUST move back to the desktop where you originally created the project. Hope that helps! Caroline ... View more

What is the resolution on the video (1080, 4k, etc.) and what are the sequence settings? Any other effects you applied to this other than the color matte? What's the frame rate (24, 30, 60, etc) and the resolution (1080, 4k, etc). Most importantly, what is the info regarding the first clip you're putting in the sequence?
