I have not tested the Beta, i still use Pr 23.6.8 for Dolby Digital audio, but i think you can fix that by clearing the media cache in Premiere Pro.   Hold down and launch Premiere Pro Beta while holding down the Shift-key. This will bring up the Reset Options dialog. Check Clear media cache files and click on Continue. Now the media cache files will be deleted and Pr 25.2 will be forced to Conforming your media once again, this time (hopefully) correct making video and audio in sync.   I downloaded the Beta version of Premiere, but that didn't fix the andio/video syncing problem when I viewed my project with the 25.2 beta verion.  By @pamela_7955   ... One thing to try: I am on Windows and if i check the box for R i can then press the TAB key twice. This will make the OK button active and if i press either Enter or the Spacebar it will "click OK" for me and close the dialog. Cool, i have had no issues with DD audio since i installed Dolby Digital Plus Decoder for PC OEMs. Well, i hear the audio in Pr 24 and Pr 25 but there is a bug in those versions so the audio is out of sync with the video. Two things to try is to download Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac and simply Rewrap your original footage. This will create a new file lightning fast. Import that new file and try again. The other thing to try is to simply transcode your footage to Apple ProRes LT and use that file as your source footage. This happens in all versions of Premiere Pro 25 and has not been fixed yet. This happens with all media with Dolby Digital audio such as many AVCHD files.   The fastest way to solve it is to downgrade to Pr 23.6.8 using the Creative Cloud app. It can also be solved by transcoding the footage to anything else, such as ProRes LT. Another way is to extract only the audio and use those files. Cumbersome though... You can use Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac for this.   When I updated to version 25, when I read a long AVCHD file, the video and audio were delayed by about 20 frames, the version was 25.01, but it did not recover before, and I wonder if it is just me, but I can't confirm the deviation even if I check the material, but I can't confirm the deviation, is there a countermeasure? O.k, got it!   @Michael Grenadiers tip about trying to playback the CRM in the camera is great. On Windows i can right click on a folder and choose Pin to Quick access. So if i for example pin five different folders in the file browser, Explorer, i can then from within the Save As dialog in Premiere Pro that pops up when i select Location in the Export window access those folders with one click. I tested now and it is even possible to pin folder directly from within the Save As dialog i get in Premiere Pro.   I am sure that there is a similar feature on the Mac.   In the image below i can just click once on Premiere Exports that will take me directly to let´s say G:\folder one\another folder\are you kidding\yet another folder\give me a break\Premiere Exports     Is there is way to create a one-click shortcut to say, 5 different folder locations/file paths when saving assets? If you see the problem in a non-Adobe app as well the CRM file seems to have an issue that cannot be resolved. The issue here is probably not the file itself, the problem seems to be a glitch in the camera during recording. Try other software players. I don´t think anyone of them will find the audio though.   If you playback the MXF file in VLC, do you hear audio all 45 minutes? If yes, it is possible to extract the audio to a WAV file and use that file as the audio source in Premiere Pro.   Thanks for your reply. I tried to play the CRM in VLC. Do you have all audio in the CRM file if you play it in a media player such as VLC or PotPlayer?   I don´t know if any of them can playback CRM files, but the important part is to playback the file outside any Adobe app to hear if there is any audio in the CRM file to begin with.   If you can hear audio in the whole file, hold down the Shift key at the same time you launch Premiere Pro. This will give you the Reset options dialog. Check the Clear media cache files and click Continue. This will delete the media cache database that probably is corrupted.   Plus: It will give you the audio back. Minus: All your files will have to be re-conformed and that will take some time for large projects.   While the re-conforming is in progress, avoid to do anything with the project until it´s done. Starting to edit/playback files while they are conforming can cause issues like you have, iow that portions of the audio goes silent.   Does anyone have an idea of how to get this missing part back? For 30 fps footage, use a 30 fps timeline and export as 30 fps.   This is a very complex project with many folders, captions and etc. So its is very dificult to export as a XML and import to previous version. Thanks!   It seems that Pr 25.1 has issues with that footage so there is more or less two solutions.   The first is to stay in Pr 25.1 and use a third party app such as the free app Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac and either transcode the footage to another codec such as ProRes LT (or mp4) and use that as the source footage. Or, test to use Shutter Encoder to Rewrap the footage. This will create a brand new file lightning fast that you can use as your source file. Rewrapping mp4 files do often solve similar issues and since it is fast it´s worth trying first.   The second is to downgrade Premiere Pro to a version you know worked before. This can be cumbersome since one cannot open new projects made in Pr 25.1 in let´s say Pr 24. It is possible to export new project as xml and import that one in the older version of Pr, but some effects etc can be missed.   Regarding the render settings you provided, i would drop Render at Maximum Depth and Use Maximum Render Quality. They will not fix the errors, but it will decrease the render time. Both setting will not increase the quality from the cameras you have.   Do you by any chance have a file from that camera you can upload? It can be a short clip, maybe 1-2 minutes, filming the wall. It would be intersesting to test it out.
