As Dave pointed out, the field had no data so I had to add some items myself. I'm wondering if you're referring to the behaviour that after choosing an item from the list, you have to click off of the field to get it to commit? It depends on how the original file was created. You could try going to the Print Production tool in Adobe Acrobat and increasing the page boxes to see if it will reveal more artwork. There are four different page boxes that you can adjust. If that doesn't work, you could try opening the Edit PDF tool and manually modifying the objects. To be clear this is the hard way. Jane is right, we have no idea what or when Adobe will be adding a feature. That being said, what you can do is create a style called Caption and apply it to all of your captions in the document. Then, when you create the PDF, go into the Role Map of the PDF and delete the entry for Caption > P. Now all of your captions will actually have the Caption tag applied. Hopefully this will save you some time. Also, InDesign can do this for you automatically but only if you use the Live Caption feature in InDesign which is problematic if you have captions that flow to a second line. Well when you click after doing a place, the object is placed at that point. So if you click in the upper left corner of the page, the graphic should fall on the page using that point. Don't forget you can also select several files at once when doing a File > Place. Then you just click, click, click, to drop them in the document. Also, when you do a file place, you can turn on "Show Import Options" which allows you to choose what page box is used to crop the image.
