If it were me, I'd format that sucker pronto. That would require some time, though, because you'd have to backup documents, etc. If you have a second media drive, it makes it even easier as you can just copy any essential documents over before you format your system drive. (Do not copy any installed applications; just documents created by you like Photoshop PSDs, JPEGs, text files, media files such as MP3s and the like.) Be aware that this isn't for the faint of technical heart. Before I'd format, I'd be sure to get any necessary drivers and put those on removable media or my media drive. (e.g., Network adapter drivers, video drivers, etc.) If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, you can hire out but that's not exactly cheap. And just to repeat: Make sure you sign out of any applications that require authentication like Creative Cloud before formatting. (I can think of a couple of other non-Adobe apps that do a similar thing, like MakeMusic's Finale.)
