Adobe acrobat changes colour of saved jpeg images I have faced it in every version of adobe acrobat pro. In a pdf document, if I save the jpeg image using right click, save image as, choose the jpeg options, the colours turn out to be wrong. This is how the actual image looks like. This is how a jpg gets saved with wrong colours.   If I save the image as bmp, the colours are absolutely correct? What should I do so that Acrobat saves jpg images with their original colours? I am not the creator of this document. It is a book in pdf version that I have.

I faced this issue in latest Adobe Premiere CC 2020. Man!! It has been so many years since people have been facing this trouble and Adobe hasn't fixed it!! I always use the old school solution. I open the photo in ms paint and save it. Voila! Error gone. This issue is specifically faced whenever I import an image sent by someone on Whatsapp. The image open flawlessly in free software like mspaint and picasa photo viewer. Surprisingly, a commercial software like Adobe Premiere gives header error. I don't understand why.

This is driving me crazy now. I'm on a windows 10 machine and on 6400% zoom in Adobe Acrobat in the pdf directly exported from Illustrator, I don't get any lines. 6400% is the max. zoom limit. Moreover, in Illustrator, 200% zoom, 400% zoom, both are clean. Super clean. No artefacts visible. There's definitely some issue with how Adobe makes their products for Mac and Windows.

I cannot find the option of "Smooth Line Art". I toggled with enhance thin lines which didn't make any difference to the output. I am using the latest version of Acrobat . The pdf display setting is not the issue, otherwise the file would have showed up fine in chrome, nitro pdf, etc. It is still showing with white lines which means that the pdf itself has corruption of lines which disappears in jpeg outputs from InDesign.

Lines are showing in pdf. This is surprising. I opened pdf in chrome, adobe acrobat and nitro pdf reader. Everywhere white lines show up! On the other hand the jpeg exports are absolutely fine! Seems like a bug in Indesign? Many people have been facing this trouble for years. I tried the old trick of flattening my work in Illustrator but I still get white lines. The display performance is of course high quality. GPU performance setting isn't available in InDesign. Checking upon nvidia button in the windows 10 taskbar tray in bottom right, InDesign isn't using GPU acceleration.

There are no duplicate shapes stacked over one another. I checked. If that was the case, then the exports would also come with white lines. Exports are coming fine.

I'm getting these unwanted microthin white lines along the edges of the colour fills in my imported illustrator file in Indesign CC 2020. When I export is as a jpeg, these white lines don't show up, resulting in a perfect output. What should I do to fix this trouble? I think it's a display tweak in InDesign that would surely help me out.

I should have mentioned it in the original post. If I mention only the height in the plugin box, my images are squished disproportionately. They have the same height indeed but the aspect ratio disappears. I'm surprised by the Adobe team of developers. They included this simple resize feature in InDesign and not in Illustrator.

In InDesign, if I have many images having different heights, and I want their height to be same, let's say 75 mm. I just change the height of one, then choose the option of Object>Transform sequence again individually. This does the job flawlessly. How can I do this in Illustrator?

Which default font is your machine using for Times#20New#20Roman,Bold when you import the pdf ? Please share a screenshot. How can I change the default font that Illustrator uses automatically for replacement? Of course, I can manually do it by going to the type menu, then finding the replacement. Is there a default setting that I can change?

It was in German. I copy pasted from Google Translate. Does the pdf import fine on your PC ? Don't the fonts go haywire as shown in my screenshot? This font has taken over times new roman (regular) in my Adobe Illustrator when I choose times new roman. However, in Microsoft word, times new roman functions totally fine. I am attaching the pdf document that I downloaded from the internet. Times new roman gets messed up when I import it in Illustrator. I want the pdf to have editable text instead of outline. In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, is there a way to change the colour of pencil before you use it? Of course, there's a default colour option you can set before using the pencil. But that default colour gets applied to highlight option also. I mean I'm hoping to make it act like a real life situation. I pick the green pen, make some doodles. I pick the red pen, make some doodles. Not changing the colour of doodles after I've made them. I'm using version 2019.021.20056

I have faced this multiple times in version CC2018, CC2019 and again today in CC2020. Even when the story or selection is selected, the find/change box doesn't show the respective option. Restarting InDesign always fixes the issue for me.
