Yes I've had the same issue lately. I restarted Illustrator and then it worked. If it's any help, the AI file had multiple page sizes but other than that, it's a straightforward AI file. System info below: Illustrator 27.9.3 MacOS Monterey 12.7.3 iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)

I'm having a similar issue. I've had Adobe products for YEARS. I'm located in Manitoba and have never been charged PST, only GST. My renewal email from Adobe stated I'd be paying $82.94 starting Jan 2024 which included the base cost of CC + GST. I was charged correctly for Jan 2024. However for Feb & Mar 2024 invoices I was charged GST + PST. I went in circles on the phone and via support portal and email trying to make them understand what happened. I finally got it resolved and two emails confirmed that I would not be charged PST going forward. However for Apr 2024 invoice, I was charged PST again. Once again I have to re-explain myself and waste more of my time getting it resolved. Even their own website states the taxes that should be charged to Canadians: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/x-productkb/policy-pricing/adobe-stores-online-order-payment-faq.html

On latest Creative Cloud update, when I click on 'Manage Fonts' it does nothing. All other buttons seem to work fine. Font activation in InDesign 16.3.2 didn't seem to work smoothly and I had only 1 to update/activate. I had to go to Adobe Fonts website in order to activate. iMac 10.15.6 (19G73) Creative Cloud 5.5.0.619

The latest Extensis Suitcase update seems to have resolved this but it's still not working effectively at opening all fonts in one go. I usually have to open it twice.

Photoshop 2018 CC 19.0.1 Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6 Suitcase Fusion 19.0.4 (6333) Even though fonts in Suitcase Fusion have been activated, an active TypeKit window appears. When I click CANCEL or even select an alternative font and click DON’T RESOLVE, the window won’t close. While it is active, the spinning dots just keep going and going. I have to quit or force quit Photoshop in order to use it. Then I have to manually turn on the full family and reopen Photoshop. I have changed settings to force Suitcase to open Font Families, however this TypeKit window shows up when I don’t have a font available and it simply won’t close without forcing Photoshop to close. It's very odd as I have been using Photoshop CC 2018 for months and have updated Suitcase, however this issue didn't seem to pop up right away. The image below shows my Photoshop TypeKit window in front of Suitcase, which shows that the font is activated (diamond shape). Sorry, I meant "Press Quality". Thanks for the info. That very well could be causing the issue.

I use the "Press Ready" setting, which I have almost always used and issues seemed to pop up after I upgraded to CC 2018. I don't do a print test on my printer. Things are printing weirdly or missing, or getting an error while ripping, something to do about PDF "not flattened", which baffles me. Again, i'm just getting bits and pieces from my clients.

I'm having issues as well but I don't find these things out until I've sent them to my client and then their printer are having issues.
