A little perplexing when posting questions in this forum.
Since this is an Adobe forum a question was raised on whether Adobe outsourced their subscription managemt. Seemed like an innoucus question. This was not intended to flame Adobe since I have been using their apps for the past 20 years.
However, someone in the forum decided it was flaming and shot back a very curt response. I provided a response to inform the person to read the question from original post.
I then get a response from same locking the thread? Also provided was a link to policy on rude and profanity. This was very perplexing since the post or subsequent follow ups contained neither.
In order to try to get a more detailed response in what was wrong with the question posed. The individual sends a response to please refrain from sending private messages?
If thread is locked how is one suppose to understand the reasoning?
Since apparently some individuals can block messages based on their perception(s) I am sure this message will not be posted.

Your message is posted now, but I'm not sure why it is in the Adobe Express forum.
At the bottom of each message is a line of buttons that includes a Report button. You can use this button to report others that you think are giving you inappropriate responses. The reports are reviewed by Adobe Staff, and their word is final. Volunteers are not privy to this information. I think this works even after a thread is locked. This is the best way to get your complaints heard by staff.
There is also a Report button in the Private Messages. It's three dots in the upper right.
I haven't read the post in question. This is generic information.

While I did not lock your previous topic, I can certainly understand why a forum moderator saw fit to lock it. You made some wild & unsubstantiated statements in a public user-to-user forum.
As previously stated, if you have questions or concerns about your account, services & billing, we invite you to take them up directly with Adobe Customer Support. See links below.

Later I found the original post from @westdr1dw and read it.
@westdr1dw we are volunteers and do not know who works in our support centers. We do know that Adobe is an ethical company and we have never heard that this happens here at Adobe.

I do not recall anywhere we could not use acronyms?
One of the classes I facilitated a number of times over the years was test taking techniques. Also we use a lot of acronyms in my line of work. I guess I should have spelled them out to avoid confusion ;
RTFQ - (Read The Full Question) IOW (In Other Words) the question was IRT (In Regards To) how Adobe managed subscription plans.

you know and i know you're trying to cover your obscenity. but yes, if anyone checks, they'll find that interpretation on the list of possibilities.
anyway, i recommend you discontinue this conversation.

I do not use profanity, so I do not appreciate the accusation. In fact, your response is very offensive to blatantly accuse someone of using profanity. As a moderator, you should be more judicious, and not jump to conclusions based on your perception. Hope the review board will chastize your accusation.

We have three basic rules here.
#1 Be Respectful.
#2 Be Supportive.
#3 Be Authentic.
That's not too much to ask.
Your remark was neither respectful nor supportive. If I had seen the remark, I also would have locked the topic.
See screenshot.
Any questions?
