I'm new to the Adobe Community. I've added a photo to my account profile, but it does not update. I get this message:
but the photo never propagates. Is there something else I need to do?
I'm not sure if this is still true, but I once read that an employee has to approve a profile picture before it will show... this after some users were trying to use nude pictures
Yes, @John T Smith is right. An Adobe Employee must approve your profile image. It sometimes takes a day or two.
