Too hard to find the option to post/ask a question

It is entirely too hard to find the option to post to a discussion/ask a question. The button should appear any time one searches the community so users don't have to dig for it.

Thank you for your reposnse.  I am signed in.  Also, I only use chrome which should work.  I'm just saying that sometimes the button isn't there.  Which is hard when you're already frustrated by a glitch that you're trying to sort out.

No.  I just go on a click-a-thon until finally 10 minutes later it shows up someplace.  I'm just saying it should be easier. Thank you for your help!

When the Blue button to start a new thread isn't there, it might be because you are in a thread and need to back up to the forum home page. Use the bread crumbs at the top of the page.
