Unable to edit post in Apple Safari on Mac

Hello,

For a while now (perhas a few year), that I'm unable to edit my post in Apple Safari, only in Google Chrome.

Mac OS 125.7.4; Safari 17.4.1

When I click the 3 dots and then click on "Edit" nothing happens.

I thought it may have  to do with the popup window and although I didn't get any error mesege, I change it in Safari's prefs but no change.

Any idea why?

Thank you,

Shlomit

As a first step, have you tried clearing your browser cache?

@Shlomit Heymann

Folks who are new to the forums can't edit their posts, but it sounds like that does not apply to you since you can edit in Chrome. I would suspect a setting in Safari. What does the pop-up window say?

I use Safari and have no trouble editing.

Jane
