A San Mateo, California company building a flying electric car is now taking pre-orders.    Alef Aeronautics’ flying car has been given a Special Airworthiness Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), meaning the company will be allowed to road/air test the car.   The fully-electric vehicle (with a hydrogen option for a higher price) is a low-speed vehicle that can be driven up to 200 miles on public roads and fits into a regular garage, but it can also launch vertically into the air with a flying range of 110 miles.   The "Model A" can fly forward above obstacles until a desired destination is reached.  Estimated price per car is $300K. In the code which will exist in runtime on the site, how do I get the version of the extension so we can send it with requests we will do from the client side browser?   Is there perhaps a way to get it from the Adobe Extension UI first? By extension version I mean the version in the extension.json file of the package   Thanks

I took the plunge and bought a Duxtop portable induction cooktop from Amazon.  It arrived today.    I've got a magnet strapped to my wrist to test my old cookware.  My old stainless steel pots aren't having it.  But good news, my vintage cast iron boiled water in 1 minute.  Yeehaw!    It may take me a while to learn how to cook with induction. But so far so good.    

I am trying to create a custom datatype within a Content Fragment Model for colorpicker I followed the steps given in the following document -    https://blogs.perficient.com/2020/10/20/adding-a-color-picker-to-the-aem-content-fragment-model-editor/   I do see the color picker in the CFM but loads empty set of properties for the colorpicker -  Error logs show -  com.adobe.cq.dam.cfm.ui.impl.extras.DataTypeConfigImpl Provided meta type colorfield is not recognized as a valid type in the configuration resource /mnt/overlay/settings/dam/cfm/models/formbuilderconfig/datatypes   Are there any additional steps needed while adding custom datatypes and do we have a good set of documentation listing down the steps?

I want to build a facebook game similar to Monster Legends.It will have turn based pvp, leader boards, guilds, leveling, rankings, quests, various currencies, teams, jobs/professions, vendors, story modes, customizable characters, customizable skill sets, skill trees, various drop rates eg. low and high chances of certain items dropping from kills.  What programs are required to create a game like this?Can it be done using only Adobe products?

Hey guys, sorry to bother you. I am switching to Linux basically due to Software development limitation on Windows. Apart from a developer, I am also a Designer. I would like to take Illustrator and Adobe xD along with me, but it appears short of running VMs there is no other solution.So, my Question is: How to create a VM on Ubuntu 18.04, and have it run an OS that supports Adobe. Just an article that is sufficient to a Linux beginner would be fine.Suggestion: Truth is, I decided to start switching to Figma for Web Design and their Online Tool in the Browser since Figma is on the cloud. IMHO, and don't get offended but Figma is more feature rich than Xd. That being said still Xd interactions are much more fluid for some weird reason. So my suggestion is to make all your apps Browser based.Thanks for your time.

Hi.  I recently responded to an email from Adobe asking me to complete a questionaire in return for being entered into a prize draw.   I completed the questionaire.  My trust levels in Adobe lowered a few days later when I went back to the email to find the date of the prize draw, on closer inspection I saw in the small print that you could be entered into the prize draw without completing the prize draw, but that is a side issue at the moment.  I still can't find the date of the prize draw, does anyone know?  Thank you

A team of scientists at The University of Maryland's Center for Materials Innovation found that crustaceans like crabs and lobsters contain a chemical in their shells called chitin, which when combined with zinc can be used to power batteries.  Crustacean shells are typically thrown out en masse by restaurants & fish packers that have no other use for them. I am putting this in here but it has no relation to an tech probs in PSE. I have noticed that there are increasing numbers of images on the internet that will not open on PSE. I refer to those that are labelled webpagefile etc. Now, I understand all about so called copyright but I post my images regularly and they are free for people to relate to or use. I use images to type in fun comments and post them on. Does Adobe have any plans or can tell me how to open these images. My attitude is simple, if a person wants to post an image on the world wide free internet and then use software or copyright claims, DONT POST THEM. If an image is on my screen, its mine, if I want it! Same as Farcebook, thousands of images get post daily. About 2-3 years later I get a note telling me it either false (really??) or copyright owned. IF it is, then darn well post the (C) symbol on the thing.
