What happened to Adobe Support???Products like Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements are getting cheaper, but does this mean, support is not available?Some years ago I could get phone support for my Elements suite for which I was thankful. Whatever your expertise is, a support agent should know more, or at least, can find out what your problem might be by asking his next level of support.These days I had to learn there is no phone support for Photoshop Elements and one is directed to the community for help.That I tried, but no one has ever answered my problem which I posted many weeks ago.Sadly, there seems to be no Adobe Support agents monitoring the forums and try to help out if no one answers a good explained and documented question or problem.So I tried email support. I always buy Adobe stock photos to use for concepts and finished art for my clients. I design Key Art (movie posters and DVD cover art) and for the last couple of years I must have bought over a hundred photos at $.99 each  Tonight I was on deadline and bought 20-30 $.99 photos at a breakneck speed to meet that deadline.  Except this time, planted among the $.99 photos that I was clicking on, was a $499.99 photo. No warning that this photo was somehow different from the thousands of $.99 photos I was frantically clicking on. After a few minute of obtaining photos, I paused to check my bank account to see if I had enough money to keep getting more images for my client, and saw the $499.99 charge for one photo. I had to do some detective work to check it out and yep, sure enough, there was a photo buried among the $.99 ones that was approx. 500% more than all the other photos I've been buying for years. Yesterday, several of my users with Adobe Acrobat DC Standard and Professional starting receiving a popup error when their PC starts up. I don't know what triggered it nor what the solution is.Any ideas? It's not a virus issue. This has been happening for me for two days now in Chrome Edge and Firefox.  I click on the Quote icon when making a reply, and this is all I get.  I have not seen any other threads about it, and with three browsers and a restarted computer, I am thinking it is probably Jive playing up again.  Is this the case, or is it just me?Thanks

Don't nobody talk to each other anymore? Out of the millions of things going on in the world why can't someone come up with an interesting subject that can get us to discuss or just gibber-jabber about. Was a time when folks would just throw something out there so we'd all feast on but now, I don't know...acp, and staff are really fast to toss around posts here and there but don't seem capable to introduce a topic of some kind...like say, how about them distressed jeans Nordstrom is selling made to look like they have mud on them for $450.00 USD. Would you buy them? At least their pockets don't come with holes that way you can carry their $85 rock in them.

After I crash, I can open the program and a file, but I cannot edit the said file.  Is there anything OTHER than restarting my computer?  Note, I have tried turning on and off my tablet and it still doesn't work

Im using two audio sources, one from my camera and one from my external recoding device. The audio from the the camera is redlining when my actor laughs but my external recording is fine. Im having trouble adjusting the volume of the audio from the camera.

We are forever advising people to save to incrementing filenames with large, many layered, PSD files on the Photoshop forum.  This is because we see a good few corrupt PSD file threads where computers crashed, or lost power, which corrupts the part saved PSD file rendering it useless.  In fact I usually do just this.  You can always delete the old versions later if space is an issue.  But the project below sort of grew and grew and because I didn't set out to do so much work, so I didn't think to safeguard it.It took me the best part of a day.  The five nearest balls are mostly illustration, as is most of the background camera right (which ironically gets darkened and downsized so you barely see it).  The bar in the background was largely rebuilt to reclaim detail, and show the entire name of the pub (which was partially hidden in the original).  Plus lots and lots of other work. I have upgraded my computer to Windows 10 32bit, soon to be 64bit. I would like to upgrade my version of Photoshop to something newer.I am currently using Photoshop CS3, mostly to import scanned copies of old technical manuals, clean them up and save as pdf files.I am confused by all of the various names which seem to be added to "Photoshop", such as lightroom, elements, etc.Which of the later versions would be most similar to CS3 (I suppose I am saying which would feel most familiar in use).ThanksPeter

These people are a fraud. Don't sign up for month to month cause adobe will change your subscription anytime they want to a year subscription. I have been ripped  off by these people. Please post if anyone has had the same experience. This is a scam to take money from hard working people.I though that this was a good company I guess I was wrong.
