I'm a Beta tester for Win 11 and Adobe's Facebook page referred me to post my issue here.===========-- I S S U E --===========Photoshop uses a dropdown to apply alternate glyphs and characters for premium OTF fonts. Since installing Win 11, this function no longer exists, and there's no other way to access the special characters. (I.E., they're unavailable through character map, etc.)Uninstall/reinstall of fonts no help. Re-downloaded a clean copy of my most expensive font from the seller and reinstalled. No help.-----------------------------I sent this up through the Win Feedback Hub but since most Win Insider participants are tech specialists and NOT designers, there's so far been zero response. I haven't been able to find an online fix (and suspect there may be none, since it appears to be an Adobe users who employ custom fonts NOT to upgrade to Win 11.So far that's the only bug I've seen, but it's obviously a big one. As part of the transition away from Type 1 Multiple Master fonts, I have fired up a PowerMac 9600 and installed my Adobe SuperATM software onto it to study them a bit more. I'm seeing an application called "Font Builder" and was just wondering what this is. In the About window it reads: Font Builder 1.0Copyright © 1992 Adobe Systems Inc.Written by Steve Herskovitz Am I correct in assuming this is some kind of precursor to the Folio or TypeKit service? It sort of looks that way as it is listing fonts that I don't have on my computer in it's simple menu. Tom

Hi! I have a question regarding Adobe Arabic font (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/adobe-arabic#details-section+adobe-arabic-regular). I wonder whether it is sans-serif or sans font-family. The font's page says it is sans-serif although it looks like serif and every external source says it is serif. Could you please help?

My documents in Photoshop use the Swiss 921 font... as of today, coming back to work from the Labor Day holiday, the Swiss 921 font is no longer available in Adobe Fonts! What happened?

Hi, I have a student Account from Creative Cloud (purchase by surfspot.nl) that should give me access to everything. But I don't seem to get access to all the fonts of Creative Cloud. The activate button is nowhere to be seen. Instead, a get the sentence 'Licensed for Personal & Commercial Use'. So is my account limited or is there something else wrong?  

I was working on editing text in a PDF someone had emailed me, and all was going smoothly when all of a sudden the font I was typing in changed to something similar, but bolder than the text in the original document. I didn't change anything on purpose, so I'm not sure what happened, but even when I closed out and re-opened the original document, the edited text font was no longer matching the font in the original PDF. VERY frustrating. I see some font options on the right when in edit mode, but couldn't figure out which one was the right one - everything appeared to be in the same size based on font sizes/colors on the right - so the fix isn't obvious!Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have Windows 7 and Suitcase Fusion 3. I know they're really old versions, but I haven't really had the need to upgrade either, much less with the new subscription plans. I was trying to install a font and I got the blue screen. After restarting windows and trying to restart Suitcase Fusion, I got the error message attached. It doesn't matter if I uncheck the box or choose restart or quit, nothing happens after that. I tried reinstalling Suitcase Fusion, but without uninstalling first because I'd die if my font sets are lost. If I sign in as a different Windows user, Suitcase Fusion runs just fine, but all my sets and installed fonts are gone. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance.

I need an Adobe Cyrillic font. I have "Baskerville Cyrillic," which displays in my font window as a Roman font. Can anyone help me choose a Cyrillic font that will display properly in InDesign and Acrobat?

I can't get the same weight and roundness.Please help me to understand what is wrong with Illustrator or me.

I have created a font with Fontello.Been using it in Illustrator for half an year and updating it weekly.Now I have noticed that some of the glyphs are missing in Illustrator. I went through the Fontello, Windows font manager and Illustrator. There is 20 glyphs missing from Illustrator.So the font seems to be fine (fontello and font manager glyph amount match, font config.json says that those glyphs are in the font), but not all are shown in Illustrator.Any ideas?

Hey, For some reason I cannot remove or inactivate any foreign fonts on my mac. I´m using Adobe programmes and it seriously botheres me when I have a huge list of arabic and chinese fonts I will never use. i am unable to delete them on Finder or Apples font app.Is there anyway around this?Or do I just have to either buy an app that goes with Adobe CC or except my destiny with a huge font list?

This morning I migrated to a new iMac using Time Machine. Since then I am unable to load Typekit fonts in InDesign. I am running the latest version of InDesign, Mac OS Big Sur, etc. Everything is new! But my fonts are broken. I have tried:- restarting the computer several times- logging out/in of creative cloud several times- deactivinging/reactivating the fonts in creative cloud- turning off/on the adobe fonts feature in creative cloud- verified InDesign preferences to enable auto loading Typekit fonts- reinstalling InDesign- changing the name of a file called com.adobe.accmac.plist.old in the machine's Library folder I see a background task running in InDesign, indicating it is loading the fonts. But they never load. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!

Does anyone know what font I can use that comes with Adobe Photoshop that is similar to Gotham Medium & Gotham Light?

I am really confused about a purchase I made of this font in Adobe Stock. Attached is the photo of what I purchased. I thought I was getting the font when in reality I got a Vector file of the font being used here. How can I actually purchase the font? 

I'm trying to activate the entire Discourse typeface package (24 fonts) but only 6 will activate in my adobe programs. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what is going wrong. When I activate the entire typeface  I get a desktop notification that all of the fonts have been activated. Then when I go into my adobe program (Illustrator primarily, but doesn't work anywhere) only 6 are activated and it also seems that some of the fonts that are active don't match their title and are a different font entirely (like a "fill" font in use actually is a "outline" font). Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I'd like to understand if I need a license for the below. I create wall art using hand cut paper as well as wooden decorations including names, numbers and alphabets. I would like to use an Adobe font within these designs. This would not be a printed format but the font shapes used in paper or wood to create a final product for display in the home. Customers are also able to choose a name or word to personalise some items, but everything would be created by me and a final physical product sent to the end consumer. No letters would be sold as an individual product.  

Bonjour à tous,je rencontre un soucis avec la police Source Sans Pro. Sur mon PC à domicile, ou j'ai commencé la mise en page de mon document, j'ai bien la police Source Sans Pro. En revanche au bureeau lorsque je reprends mon documents sur un autre PC la police ne s'active pas et je ne trouve que la Source Sans Pro OTF.Pas de problème me direz vous ! Beh si, mon document fait 128 pages et l'oeil de la SourceSans Pro OTF est légèrement plus grand, ce qui me décale tout mon texte et donc ma mise en page. Sur 128 pages chaînées, autant dire que c'est la catastrophe !Si quelqu'un a une piste pour résoudre ce problème ou un conseil je suis preneur !D'avnce merci.Bien à vous.Frédéric

I have been using the same T1 Helvetica Neue fonts for years, but as of yesterday the light weight versions (25, 35, 45) of the family aren't working in InDesign, yet work in other CC apps. Anyone know why this maybe?
