I've been trying all day to change my email address associated with my Adobe account, using Firefox, my default browser. I am able to access my acct (old e-address), make changes in account, but then the screen displays:Required Password Reset: To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password. Please check your inbox for an email we just sent you with instructions for how to reset your password and log into your account.I have checked both email accts throughout the day, including spam folders. Cleared browser history etc. Tried using Internet Explorer. And every other action they recommend. How can I get through the Password Reset Wall? Thanks,Sandra
White bar: one set of information overlaps another, and I can't read either one. How do I clean it up?
My only account is through this school email and my payment to adobe creative cloud was through paypal.
Hi,I incidentally revealed my private details in a reply to this Adobe community site. It seems like there is no option to delete/edit the comment. Could the moderator help me delete this?
I wrote a post in a thread and since then i get a notification when someone post in that thread. Since the thread gets multiple posts per day and the fact that the thread is several years old i want to unsubscribe from that thread. I found a thread here were the answer was "go to "my follows"" but i cannot find "my follows" anywhere. So how do i unsubscribe from a thread? 🙂
when an image is inserted here in forum po editor using clipboard, it appears in the editor, but it does not appear in the post. When the image is inserted from a file, it works
Site having issues? I know I should have several. Here is several e-mails stating so: Thinking some may ask, I just now signed out, closed the tab on my browser, brought the site back up, signed in. No change. And I do see that per the community page (in my case LrC) I should see some:
It appears that something is broken in the forum email notifications (well, at least for me and at least on the InDesign forum). I noticed that for several days already, I don't receive most email notifications about new posts in discussions I participate in. I do receive such notifications about some posts, which seem to be at random. I checked spam folders; nothing's there. I'm only active on InDesign forum. I checked my profile settings - all notification options are checked as always. Never had this issue in years of using the forums. Am I the only one, or is it a known issue?

Why does the support page lead me in circles when I try to contact a "real person"?
Hi, is it maybe possible to get Landing Pages for the different Adobe products here in the forum that are a little bit shorter? Example: for https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic/ct-p/ct-lightroom-classic?page=1&sort=latest_replies&filter=all&lang=all&tabid=bugs would it maybe better to have https://lightroom.community.adobe.com/ Also there could be different shortlinks for the subsections "ideas, bugs, discussion" so that it would be https://firefly.community.adobe.com/bugs/
For those unable to find the place to edit their Community Avatar image and just want a quick answer,The Adobe Community Avatar image is can be changed on the VIEW COMMUNITY PROFILE page, NOT the "Edit Community Profile" page. For quite some time I've had a custom avatar for my Adobe account but in the discussion forums, it remained this: I was about to post a gripe about it as I've seen many others do, but seeing that some people had custom avatars in the Community, I decided there had to be a way to do it and I finally had some time today to dig in and sort it out. I thought I'd share and hopefully get a fix for what I think is simply an overlooked error. I'll describe it as best that I can...The Community Profile and the Account Profile use separate images. While the Account Profile image is simple to change, the Community Profile is a mess. To change the Account Profile avatar, clicking the avatar in the top right and then "manage account" on the menu takes you to a p
Hello, I have been posting in the InDesign forum for years and the last time I posted was a day ago. When I came back yesterday, all of a sudden, I received the message saying I am not allowed to access this site (please see attached jpgs). I have to create a new account with new email address in order to keep posting in the forum since I do have an open question pending for replies. I would like to know why was I being blocked and is there a way I can contact the site moderator to get an explanation? I have not posted anything that was against the rules whatsoever. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and even from my mobile, all have the same messages. Any suggestions/comments are much appreciated.
The search of the topics here must be improved.Let's say, I've got ideas on the Photoshop Curves, but when I check this keyword I see all the discussion... tons of them... and I can't search just in the Ideas section, or can I?
On Windows 10 64-bit with google chrome. When I snap my browswer window to 1/2 screen, the Cancel and Post buttons stop working. When I make Chrome full screen, the Post button starts working. Please fix the community.adobe.com website.
I have my profile preferences set to view 50 search results per page, but I am still seeing only 10. I also tried the instructions from this prior post, but it doesn't change anything.https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/i-want-to-see-more-search-results/m-p/10793748 This is extremely annoying. I use Windows 11.
When attempting to upload a .ai file alongside a post, it gives an error that the file extension does not match the content, and the file is automatically deleted. The file used was last saved in Adobe Illustrator v28.5, on the latest update as of this post's creation.
Whatever happened, this was never my setting. For some obscure reason, the community software decided that my setting should be German. I never had German as an Interface language, and currently I'm in France, so the setting can't be derived from my location. (I'm normally not located in Germany neither, even that I could be for temporarily sometimes).
A few days ago to a week ago I posted a question on how to get rid of "Missing seams on hard edges" erroralong with several screen shots showing the problem. To day I opened this link on my iPad and thougt I saw several responses with the solution, when I grabbed my tablet for a better look it went away and I can't fint it again. The only posts I can find that I posted had dates of nine years ago and a solved noe more recent.Did I vailate a guideline (I have read them and I don't think I even came close), or should I repost to the community?
Hello, I have been a member of the community for several years. I am most active in the Photoshop Elements community, but also participate in the Photosop Ecosystem and Acrobat communities. Today, the navigation of ANY page is screwed up! When I click on a topic to read, it now takes TWO CLICKS on the back button to go back one page. This is really annoying. I've not had any updates, changes, or additions to my PC that might be causing this. Please fix it!
@Kevin-Monahan why delete a post that should probably have been moved and answered? eg, hundreds, if not thousands, of times each year, i move posts from bug subforums because there's no bug.
I just posted a polite question in which I pointed out that Adobe's description of their organizer was misleading since the link says it organizes images but the program actually imports videos and audios as well by default, thus slowing down my system to a crawl. Instead of politely answering my question, MichelBParis fires back with a reply that begins: "WRONG!" That's just plain rude. As the link below shows, I am not "wrong" about how Adobe describes the Organizer on its link. This is why I hate to use Adobe forums, because you never know when a rude know-it-all is going to try to make the question poster out to be a moron. If they don't want to answer questions politely, please kick them off your forums.I
Hello,For a while now (perhas a few year), that I'm unable to edit my post in Apple Safari, only in Google Chrome.Mac OS 125.7.4; Safari 17.4.1 When I click the 3 dots and then click on "Edit" nothing happens. I thought it may have to do with the popup window and although I didn't get any error mesege, I change it in Safari's prefs but no change. Any idea why? Thank you,Shlomit
