I just posted a question on the Photoshop forum. I'm viewing the forum interface in English, and I asked my question in English. But then I got an email in German, which I think is telling me that a moderator approved my post. Is anyone else having this trouble? I'm not new to the forums, but this is the first time this has happened.

Receiving error message "One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again". I get this message on three different computers using different ISP's. I get this message on every file I attempt to send using (send and track) on adobe. Have attempted to send a file which I successfully have sent in the past with the same results? Any ideas as to what could be the problem after having successfully sent the same type of files over the past six years?

It is possible that our Translation services may be impacted by a planned Power shutdown from 4 pm PT Friday, Sept 29 to 4 pm PT Sunday, Oct 1. This forum is maddeningly convoluted and complicated. I've just updated my profile but it says "You haven't updated your status yet" but doesn't offer a clue as to how to do it,  I've searched the page to find out where I update it and found nothing.I tried to "Ask a better Question" and got that "Access Restricted message...contact you Administrator" and, again, no clue as to how to do that!I've wasted an hour of my time trying to get the Help I need but have been blocked at every turn, this forum is not at all intuitive; I don't have these kinds of problem with other forums, and I'm on a lot of them. So I don't think it's me.  I hate to sound snarky but I'm really frustrated by how much time I've put into sorting this out, so I can get to posting the problem I'm dealing with.  I did do a search of the forum and found a thread that dealt with my issue, but when I tried to respond I was, once again, blocked by a "message archived" and  "Open original message" did no

Was/is there a way to change the theme of the forums or are we just going to have to wait for Adobe to tell whoever maintains these forums to tone down the white balance? Jesus Christ it's like looking at the sun >_<

I read somewhere that it was possible to add attachments to posts in the Adobe forums, via a Browse button.  I can't find this anywhere and have not found any other button or link to add attachments.  Am I missing something or are attachments no longer allowed?

Adobe folks, can anyone help me find out why I never get email from the forums, despite having proper configuration? I have confirmed that my profile preferences have the right address, and all checkboxes enabled. And I have confirmed I have threads marked to follow as email, and yet I never get any email.I've even used features in the forums that are supposed to send email (such as the option to create a discussion by email, which proposes to have Jive send a vcard), and I never get them. The email address in my preferences is definitely correct (and I can confirm the email is not being spam-caught on my client end, and I have server spam catching). It seems more like somehow Jive is failing to get the email to me, like perhaps it has blacklisted me or thinks it's on a blacklist (though I run a weekly check to make sure I am not on any RBL).Is there any way to confirm whether email is being sent from Jive? or if it's being somehow blocked?
