bane of my existence!
Hi, Technology rang me the other day while sitting in my literary dream world. Recently, I've been captivated by the idea of transforming my latest novel into a web series for social media. The technology I was using the other day seemed to share my enthusiasm, suggesting it could be a fantastic way to bring my story to life in a new and interactive format. I've previously made a couple of short films with a full crew of editors, cameramen, and actors. Now that AI is available, I want to explore the possibilities. I am taking this community's advice. Thank you for reading this far. QUESTIONS: 1. What program is user-friendly for a tech-challenged person? 2.. one that creates images based on the text I input. 3. one that I can imput audio as narrator. 4. Is there classes you can recommend?
Why does Adobe Premiere Rush lack many important features and effects that are available in most applications? You are a large and experienced company in the field of design and video, and always ahead of the curve with new things. Why is this app so basic and simple, with no advanced transitions, effects, or animations? Isn't it logical that an app like (Cupcat) and many others are better than Premiere Rush? I browsed Cupcat today and found it to be more professional, beautiful, and has many more tools. Why is there neglect and disregard, and the delay in updating it? Mod note: The Post was moved. The title was changed.
This update has introduced a lot of usability headaches for my team. The FX badge changes are nice in theory, but it changes something that has been a long-running feature in premiere. No longer can you tell what kind of effect has been added to a clip by simply glancing at the color of the FX badge, now it's either on or off and the info is gone. Additionally, the FX badge now is a button which causes issues with smaller clips since any click on the badge takes you to the effect controls menu even if you are clicking and dragging. I already have a small area to click on for smaller clips due to the handle shortcuts at the edge of each clip, so now there's even less space. Alternatively you can turn off the badges, but now I can't see what clips have effects, so what's the point? For some reason that isn't documented on here, the sizing of the video and audio tracks was changed. By default they're very large, almost twice as large as default before. Sizing them down makes them s
@ADOBE - It's small things like this that add up across all of your programs that I use - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects - they all have massive inconveniences and bugs DESPITE BEING INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR WELL OVER A DECADE - that are driving me closer and closer to dropping the subscription and going to BlackMagic's DaVinci Resolve to replace Premiere and After Effects, and then all the perfectly feesible alternates to Photoshop and Illustrator. These bugs have been adding up and honestly, this dumb little bug might be thing that breaks the camel's back because it disrupts my workflow so absurdly hard. I hasve given you guys a ridiculous amount of money as a solo-DBA. The amount of bugs and issues like this in ALL of your programs is inexcusable for how long you've been in the game.Mod note: Post was branched. A title was added. Please avoid profanity, we have minors reading here.
Since Adobe is very strict in forcing everyone to get a subscription, they will soon find out this is going to backfire badly. I speak with many young people, students and hobby enthusiasts. They are all leaving or have left the Adobe platform in favor of DaVinci. Simply because it's 100% free and legal to own. Schools still try to educate students with the Adobe system but outside the curriculum there is no more love for Premiere. Many professional organisations are leaving the Avid platform now: it's very expensive, their file handling is a nightmare, people don't learn Avid anymore and Avid is completely clumsy for fast online productions with simple effects and different screen ratios. And those professional organisations also skip Adobe premiere as the go-to Avid replacement in favor of DaVinci. As a long time motion designer and Adobe user, I am disappointed to see that even our broadcast station is also moving from Avid straight to DaVinci. I was really hoping for Premiere because
Please don't do that, we don't have time for these errors... We prefer a Premiere that works, rather than a cool one with AI, that crashes (having to go back to the previous one again) Mod note: The title was changed to reflect your issue.
Go to the Black Magic User forum for Davinci Resolve. The newest and previous versions also have bugs.
Es increíble cómo una app gratis como Cap Cut es mejor que la hecha por Adobe. Parece de juego premiere Rush, definitivamente no la voy a usar.
Or is Adobe Premiere Rush for the PC just the most bug ridden useless piece of software ever written? It simply doesn't work! Can't work with HEVC encoded files. Can't edit reliably. Hung and used 31.8GB of my machines 32GB RAM... Why???? What was it doing? Appalling software - And I'm paying an annual fee for this. Absolutely disgusted! Mod note: Title was changed slightly.
I've grown to love Adobe coming from a different editing software because of the mass cohesive use. I'm not sure if it is arrogance or laziness, but Adobe does not care to please its customers. I go to request a simple feature for Rush because I am asked to by the app, and I notice that someone had asked or complained eight years ago. These issues are across the board with Adobe apps. I'm seeing new apps that perform better for free or a one time payment, when I pay a subscription here??? I don't know who's to blame but someone is either not doing their job or Adobe just doesn't care.
Adobe is always sorting out issues. does it ever end? Will Premiere Pro ever not be BUGGY???? I'm so close to moving over to Davinci Resolve Studio. So close. !!!
Adobe should not be surprised their stock is failing with lack of support like this. The S24 is out, yet Adobe hasn't even released this app for the S22 Galaxy flagship from two years ago?! Totally unacceptable. Moderator note: Your post was edited. Please do not make disparaging comments about community members, including Adobe employees. Kindly abide by our community guidelines.
I want to record my PC gameplay what software do you offer for that? This is the questions I asked, starting out the Adobe chatbot 35 minutes ago. I have gone through countless agents that keep transferring me back and forth until I finally just asked chat gpt, and they said not. but I am still in chat waiting for an answer from an agent, any agent. I have been through specialist after specialist with no answer in sight. This boggled my mind; it should be a fairly easy question to answer about their software, right? But every "Specialist" I have come across seems completely taken aback by the question; they have no clue! They have to ask 15 other people for the answer. I feel like it's the same as going to McDonalds and asking for extra ketchup on your burger, and the person taking your order looks at you just completely baffled. So you ask what's wrong, and they look you dead in the eyes like YOU are crazy, and
HiI am uploading videos to a website I am working on and since I am not so experienced with this I am wondering what best practise is for the exporting the video file? Both when I comes to bitrate and file size but could be other things too. Many thanks.
Hello Adobe Community, I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to gather some information about an exciting Adobe development that has caught my attention and, I believe, has significant potential to impact our workflows positively. I'm referring to the tool for Adobe Premiere Pro associated with Project Bla Bla Bla. From what I've gathered, Project Bla Bla Bla represents a leap forward in leveraging AI for enhancing video production processes, promising to introduce innovative features and capabilities. Given the transformative potential of this tool, I am eager to integrate it into my workflow as soon as it becomes available. I can't wait to utilize it in my projects, as I believe it will open up new creative possibilities and streamline production processes. Could anyone here share insights or updates regarding when Adobe plans to release this tool for Premiere Pro? Any details about its availability, or how to access it upon release would be greatly appreciated.
Hi there,Can you share your experiences with Adobe Apps, like Premiere Rush, on a Android Tablet?Adobe only shows compatible mobile phone devices. In short/In your opinion; what is the best tablet for Adobe creative cloud? I'm a graphic designer and looking for a "on the go" tablet with pen. It's about the little things, such as Adobe Express (from the browser), making sketches (initial design phase), basic photo editing (Lightroom), but it would also be nice if I could edit videos in Premiere Rush (Android App). It is important that the tablet supports these apps from the Play Store in Android.I naturally do the heavy Photoshop work from my desktop PC.For example; Lenovo M11 with pen looks very great, but maybe Samsung with stylus pen is better?Any recommendations/experiences?Thanks in advance!Cem
Hi all, I have some questions regarding music, licensing , and client expectations. As a photographer getting more into video, I repeatedly end up in annoying situations where clients (some of which work in AV etc, so you'd think would know better) are just expecting me to put music on their videos and then expecting to be able to use them on social media without any regard for copyright. Its clear in my mind that music has to be licensed properly but I keep getting in this annoying and tense dialogue with clients - its making me think I am being overly strict about it all , or that I am missing something.Anyone got any thoughts on this?? Am I being too stringent and are there ways around this that people do, or do I need to just really make it clear with clients that licences must be paid for and just put my foot down?
i think adobe is over, Now its time to install other editing softwears like FCP, Da Vinci Pro, Edius and even filmora is better then premier pro 2022
20 Craches in less than 1hour that's impossible get us back the video editing softwareand stop it with this it became a great piece of trashUNBELIEVABLEEEE !!!!! [abuse removed by moderator] Mod note: The title was changed to reflect the issue.
Tell me how many bugs and crashes Adobe has lately it's getting more worse and worse please return money to all the customers, it ain't worth anymore, text problem, crashes, iphone footage color problem, sequence problem, and lately whenever i switched my timeline to view full screen and sometimes i can't go back to my normal timeline from fullscreen and it forces me to quit Adobe. It has become such a disgusting and more problem to the creators that's why people are switching towards another program, I am not saying it's bad but it's full of bugs and crashes which is affecting people's project and work. And all you do is type apologies here in the community and say we are fixing it, it's been decade and still Priemere Pro is same.
Just a note to say if you are using a desktop or latop computer and want a work around for Adobe Premiere Rush, do yourself a favour and uninstall it, then go and download the freeware Shotcut. It is just as easy to use and never crashes for me. To Kevin from Adobe, please stop closing every discussion post on this topic. We are paying customers and therefore have a right to express our disappointment. PS I'm not an an Adobe hater; I still use Adobe Photoshop because I love it.
Hi Adobe, im very concerned about the path you had chosen last months, its a fact that the stability of your products is very very poor. the forum staff has the face to say things like " ok well , in pc works, tell me if it works in mac" and it is UNACCEPTABLE, your clients are profesiional editors with very tight timings, and EVRY TIME YOU FAIL, YOUR CLIENTS CAN LOSE A CLIENT. im sure that you know so hard is gain a client and so easy is to lose. please, please, CHANGE THIS, YOU HAD A HUGE OPPORTUNITY WITH THE FINAL CUT X MOVE, BUT BE SURE THAT IF YO NOT CHANGE THIS ATTITUDE, DAVINCi RESOLVE WILL REPLACE YOU. every time your staff say "ok well, try to encode with only CPU" you make me to overheat my mac, lost a lot of time inactive because the software is busy while encoding, and a lot of things more that I DONT HAVE TO ACCEPT BEING A PAYING USER. PLEASE, CHANGE THIS, I CAN NOT , AND DONT WANT, TO PUT MY LIFE IN YOUR
The Future of Editing: A Glimpse into the Potential of the Unannounced Adobe Premiere Pro Coming from News feed While the latest released version of Adobe Premiere Pro (which I assume is the October 2023 update with its focus on Text-Based Editing) continues to impress, one can't help but gaze towards the horizon, wondering what wonders the next iteration will hold. While Adobe officially keeps their cards close to their chest regarding upcoming features, we can still engage in some intriguing speculation based on industry trends and recent developments. Enhanced AI Integration: Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming video editing, and it's safe to expect the next Premiere Pro to push the boundaries even further. Imagine AI-powered scene transitions that seamlessly blend shots, automatic color correction and grading based on mood and theme, or even AI-generated sound effects and music tailored to your footage. These possibilities could significantly streamline e
