Almost everything prior to November 2016 has been archived. There are no non-English subforums anymore because the new platform doesn't support sub-forums. If you have a question about a specific product, you're supposed to post it in the product forum and hope that the auto-translate works for people who don't speak your language. If you're looking for a specific thread that existed in the Jive forums that isn't findable now, you can ask for it to be restored. I think you need to know the thread title, though, or maybe even the thread ID number.

I don't recognize the name of the forum you're asking about, but I've only been a regular for a little under a year now and rarely ventured out of the old FrameMaker forums.
