Adobe Support Community Mailer <community_noreply@adobe.com>が私のメールアドレスに毎日、多数送られ困っております。直ちに解除停止をお願いします。(Email Address remove by moderator)

設定の変更はJust Shoot Meの仰る通りです。

どこから入るのかわかりづらいと思いますが、コミュニティにログインした状態で、右上にあるユーザーアイコンをクリックすると設定が表示されるので、「アカウント設定」を確認してみてください。

アカウント設定に入ったら「通知」のタブに移動し、一般設定やメール通知の頻度などの設定を変更しましょう。
