ファイルがロックされており、「管理者として実行」の方法以外起動しません。

フォトショップやPSDファイルから起動時、上記エラーが出て起動しません。

唯一の起動方法は起動のたびにフォトショップのソフトを「管理者として実行」する方法です。

起動したフォトショップ内からは、PSDデータを開くことができます。
またこれらが原因か不明ですが、再起動時ショートカットキー設定が初期化されます。

Adobe Creative CloudやPhotoshopの再インストールも試しましたが解決しませんでした。

File is locked because it does not have the necessary access rights or is being used by another program.
Please unlock the file using "Properties" in Windows Explorer.

When starting from Photoshop or a PSD file, I get the above error and it will not start.

The only way to start the software is to "run as administrator" the Photoshop software each time it is launched.

PSD data can be opened from within Photoshop once it is launched.
Also, the shortcut key settings are initialized when restarting, although it is unclear if this is the cause of the problem.

I have tried reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop, but that did not solve the problem.
