「ファイルまたはディレクトリが見つかりません。」「コンタクトシート IIのコマンド を完了できません。プログラムエラーです。」
のメッセージにより、エラーになります。
検索により試みたのは、
アプリケーションの再インストール
OS、Elementsのアップデート
環境設定→パフォーマンス→キャッシュレベルを4に
環境設定→一般→次の起動時に環境設定をリセット
全て試みましたが、解決しません。
オンライン上の至る所でも解決に至ってないようですが、、
お知恵を拝借願いたく。。
フォーラムで英語で検索し、見つけました。
これにて解決しました。

That message usually happens if the source folder was deleted and/or renamed in between uses of the contact sheet II.
The folder you want is in your User Library, not the system library.
Click on your desktop, click on the Go menu and in Go to Folder paste the following
~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/15.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II
Then Move to Trash the Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs
Hopefully then the contact sheet II will work again.
