Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018において文字入力が大文字になる。回避する方法がわかりません。TTボタン等見つけられません。対処方法はありますか？

Could you please try changing the font?

In some fonts like Charlemagne Std, Lithos Pro, Stencil Std, Trajan Pro etc., the characters are always capitalized.

Georgia Regular、小塚ゴシック Pr6N R、Adobe 宋体 Std L、Meiryo UI Regular　など試しましたが、大文字での入力しかできません。入力変換で、小文字の候補を選択しても大文字に変換されます。
