Photoshop Elements 2022 のインストーラー(ダウンロード版)が起動しません

  • インストーラーを起動すると「The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.」と表示されてしまいます。インストーラーの再ダウンロードも複数回試みたのですが、必ず上記のメッセージが出てしまい先に進めません。
  • 備考として同時に購入したPremiere Elements 2022はインストールでき、操作もできましたが、アンインストールをしようとすると「The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.」が表示されアンインストールできません。
  • OSはwindows10です。
  • 何かできることがありましたら教えていただけないでしょうか。

    すでに指摘があるように、可能性が高いのがセキュリティソフト（の誤判定によるファイル破損）です。

    OS標準のDefender以外を利用している場合はいったんアンインストールしましょう。

    またブラウザを変えてみる、OS自体のアカウントを新規に半角英数字のローカルアカウントを作り、そちらで実施してみることも有効になる場合があります。

     

    なお Download & Install (en) から Photoshop Elementsフォーラム (jp) に移動しました。

    try a different browser

    make sure you're downloading from an https adobe.com domain, then suspend antivirus

     

    if that doesn't solve the problem, what url are you using to download?
