Bonjour, lorsque j'ai souscrit à un abonnement Adobe Lightroom Classic pour 1 mois, je ne me souviens pas m'être engagé sur 1 an.Maintenant que je souhaite annuler mon abonnement des frais de résiliation me sont demandés. Où puis-je voir les détails de mon contrat souscrit avec Adobe, et en particulier ma date de fin d'engagement ainsi que les règles de calcul des frais de résiliation? La page https://account.adobe.com/ ne donne qu'une vue synthétique sans détails sur les conditions de souscriptions. Et la page https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel  donne des explications génériques qui ne concernent pas spécifiquement mon abonnement. La demande d'annulation ne m'indique qu'un montant de frais de résiliation, sans m'expliquer la règle de calcul: Est-ce que les frais se réduisent en s'approchant de la date de fin d'engagement? Mon sentiment général est celui d'un manque de

I have an active subscription but the Lightroom app tells me it has expired. When I go to renew it, it says that my subscription is active.

My 16“ MacBook Pro, purchased in May 2020, was stolen. I bought a new 14” MacBook Pro (M4 chip). After restoring (migrating) the contents from TimeMachine, I am having problems with Adobe Acrobat 2020 (Acrobat Pro), which I purchased in June 2020 with the stolen computer: it is as if I did not have a license, even though it was advertised as perpetual.When I open Adobe Acrobat Pro, the app closes immediately (without even opening) to open another app called “AcroLicApp,” which displays a “Login required” window asking me to log in to an Adobe account. However, I had obtained my license with a personal account that no longer seems to work: when I enter my address and password, the window disappears without anything happening (even though this account is still active for the old Adobe Licensing Website app that I used to download the software). When I try again now, I can retrieve the Acrobat 2020 disk image, but the installation asks me for the serial number, which I don't know and whic

I cancelled my Adobe subscription awhile ago. I checked to ensure its cancelled multiple times. However, I still didn't get the cancellation confirmation email. Also, Ive been getting MANY notifications from my bank saying that Adobe is still trying to charge me for two things that have been cancelled. Luckily, I dont have any money in my bank account at the moment so I wasnt charged. I want the charge to end completely, delete my payment information and no more trying to request payment from my bank account.

Adobe tried to bill me a day before my 7 day free trial ended. AND I could not cancel on their website; had to go via a chat session. Not good.

Olá, espero que criando essa publicação, a Adobe veja e me ajude... Contratei um plano de estudante no valor de R$ 114,00 e foi cobrando no meu cartão. O plano não ativou e eu precisei contratar o plano Pro no valor de R$ 165,00 que foi cobrando no meu cartão no mesmo dia. Contatei a Adobe explicando o problema, e foi pedido 48h para solucionarem, porém no final não resolveram o meu problema e encerraram meu suporte. Anexo o print com as cobranças feitas.

How to know when my annual plan ends? 

Hello,I own Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard and Premium with a valid serial number.When I try to deactivate it on my old computer, I get the error "Code 194:8".I need to move the license to a new computer, but the activation/deactivation servers no longer seem to work.Adobe Support told me that this version is no longer supported and advised me to post here in the community.Could someone please advise how to reset my activations or perform an offline reactivation?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi. I just made a free trial for adobe acrobat pro. I don't find it useful, and now I have 7 days free trial.   The problem is, I tried to cancel the trial and they want me to change the password since I haven't changed it in a long time, but I can’t access the email linked to my Adobe account because it was deleted permanently because I haven't used it for a long time. I need to cancel my free trial and make sure I won’t be charge, how do I do it ? I can't accesss my Adobe account

I need you to cancel my account ASAP.I cannot even stress how annoyed I am at your terrible site, you all of a sudden lack of data when i cancel my plan.  The lack of an actual contact Us page too.  What an absolute joke, i will never us any of your products ever agian

Can anyone help me out with Adobe Customer Support Email Address ? I tried the chat bot and got connected to an Agent who disconnected without solving the issue.  I have been a subscriber for 5+ years and the charges are increasing every year which is normal. But now I am being charged double than what's mentioned on their website. I just want to understand why is that the case.  I would rather just create a new ID every year and enjoy discounted rates.

Earlier this year I purchased 2 3-year term Acrobat Classic licenses.  Now through work I have a Pro monthly sub.   I'm trying to install those 3-year term classic licenses on other computers but I can't figure out how to do so.  I signed out of classic on my machine but when I try to use the redemption key it says it has been used already.  

I work for a NFP charity in Australia and was pleased to read https://www.adobe.com/au/nonprofits/acrobat.html which says "Work more efficiently with Adobe Acrobat Pro, now available to eligible non-profits at a special price — A$21.99/yr incl. GST."I completed the NFP eligibility process with Goodstack and was able to purchase 3 x NFP licences at A$21.99/year incl. GST however the Adobe Billing system kept billing me 3 x AU$21 EACH MONTH.  I explained to 3 Adobe Support agents that this was an annual fee as per https://www.adobe.com/au/nonprofits/acrobat.html but they were unable to change the billing to annual. In the end I just had to cancel the purchases.  There seems a disconnect between Goodstack and Adobe. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve please?

Hallo,Ich habe mir (leider) während der Amazon Server Probleme (20.10.) Adobe via PPRO (Adobe After Effects) gekauft, da es nicht funktionierte, testete ich das ganze 3 mal. Heute stellte ich fest, das Adobe mir 3 rechnungen gegeben hat, alle im wert von jeweils 25,99€. Ist das ganze korrekt? Weil wenn nicht, was kann ich da gegen tun? Beste grüße,dbx

I was not able to cancel the subscription because it kept trying to use a card that declined. So the system didn't give the option. Now that it successfully took the money I was able to go in and cancel. I would like to request money back

 I canceled I canceled a 7-Day free trial before the 7 days I had to ask a agent to cancel it because it wouldn't cancel when I tried to in my online account.  But I got charged for the monthly fee anyways. The email associated with the account is beholds8@gmail.com.  Please refund this and make sure the subscription is in fact canceled so no further payments come out.  Thanks   

 hi everyone,  hope everyone is doing good..  I want to know difference between premium yearly 100 GB plan and photo enhancer and erase object plan one year .. as soon I will be renewing my yearly subscription from 40 GB plan to 100 gb plan (I canceled my current subscription of 40 gb yearly as I need more space) I am using IPhone (if this info is any help) I have attached the screenshot..  also I want to know, how can I change my plan to student plan to avail different adobe plans at reduced prices for student, and I have my student ID card.
