Acrobat Reader

Hi everyone,I just downloaded Adobe again after updating my Mac, and it stopped printing for me all of a sudden. Now I have tried all the other suggestions given in the forum but no help as of yet. I have nearly tried everything, I have downloaded it several times and still no solution. Can someone help me because this issue is really driving me insaneThanks,Aneesa

The PDF generated by digitally signing in Adobe Reader is showing as LTV enabled in Adobe Reader, even if the checkbox for "Include signature's revocation status" while signing is disabled in Preferrences > Categories > Signatures > Creation and Appearance Preferences > When Signing. Is it a bug in Adobe Reader?

Why does Reader jump from page to page was scrolling with mouse wheel or cursor keys? I want to be able to see across the page boundary so continuity can make sense. Maybe I'm trying to look up how to do something and I want to see the bottom of page 12 and the top of page 13 at the same time. I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!!!!  I have tried every setting in "Preferences" - one up continuous, two-up continuos, automatic, etc. NOTHING WORKS. It is so annoying. I am running Continuous Release Version 2023.006.20380 64-bit. Please help

I have just got two new windows PCs running windows 11 and have the same issue on both with Acdobat DC where when a document is opened a white popup apears that won't go away and the only way to close the app is with task manager.

Dear community,I used the highlight tool to save many parts of a book I was reading in Adobe Acrobat Reader. However, when I went to the comments section, where it normally saves all the highlighted text as pieces of comments, only parts of the highlights were saved as text excerpts. The rest appears just as 'highlighted text' without the text excerpt. Thus, when I request a file only with the excerpts from the comment section, obviously only part of the excerpts appear, and the rest is just an indication of a highlight. So, what should I do to resolve this?

Bonjour, Il semblerait que la version « Reader 2023.006.20360 for Mac » ne soit plus à même d’afficher des PDF complexes, contrairement à la version précédente « Reader 2022.001.20112 for Mac ». En effet, l’affichage du plan des bus de Paris prend un temps fou en zoom 75% ou 150% avec Reader 2023.Alors que c’est quasiment immédiat avec Reader 2022. Et ce n’est pas un problème de mémoire disponible car le constat a été fait ce jour sur un « iMac Retina 5K, 27 pouces, 2020 » sous macOS 13.5.1 & doté de 88 Go de RAM (63,31 Go disponibles). À part réinstaller la version 2022, ce que j’ai fait, que peut-on faire ? Merci d’avance,Benoît

Hello,we are having a strange situation with different Adobe versions and what each version considers a LTV Enabled signature.In 2017 we were signing PDF documents with a timestamp from a TA and the data from CRL and OCSP check embedded in the digital signatures. This resulted in a signed PDF document that Adobe displayed as : LTV Enabled .  (unfortunately I cannot give you the version number of the Adobe DC instance used at that time)We are having some problems with the OCSP service of the CA of our document signing certificate, so we have been signing with timestamp and CRL embedded only.When viewed with Adobe 2017 (2017.12.20098 and 2017.12.20044) we have the following results for some test PDF's:No CLR/ No OCSP (only timestamp)  -> Signature Valid / Not LTV EnabledCLR / NO OCSP -> Signature Valid / LTV EnabledNo CLR / OCSP -> Signature Valid / Not LTV EnabledCRL / OCSP -> Signature Valid / LTV EnabledSo the presence of embedded CRL data is enough to get a LTV

When I use the "Search" function, the text is highlighted with a light blue color. How can I change this setting to red by default?

Hello there,I've been trying to download Adobe Reader since yesterday.And no matter which version (english or other languages) in 64 bit for bot Win10 or 11, when trying to install it I got a warning saying "Publisher: Unknown".The MD5 hash is:477a0262ba3945377a277c062c684cb0 This is flagged on Virustotal as a malware by Crowdstrike.Do you experience the same issue too and has it already been reported ?

I've noticed for some time that my Adobe Reader reverts to Windows 7 style borders after some time using it. Usually happens after I alt-tab from fullscreen applications. Hi everybody, I searched very long for GPO or a registry key to disable the import of digital signatures. I mean the option USE A DIGITAL SIGN FROM A FILE under the tool/certificates/digitally sign/configure id. I found the registry key to forbid the option "Create a new digital ID", but until now it was impossible for me to find the right key to disable the other option. Does anyone have an idea which key could be the right one for the desired result? 

Hello, I followed multiple guides, played with preferences (Remember current state of toolpane, restore last view, etc.) - this didn't work.Reinstalled the app following extensive registry clean-up, user profile settings remvoal and all other possible artefacts from previous installs, in fact I removed every reference to adobe from registry, services, browser helpers and so on.Still, after clean install, I'm getting the same behaviour and the tools pane keeps appearing like the worst nightmare. Contacting Adobe is impossible for free products, apparently they are "take it as is". Any ideas how to remove this anoying pane? And I don't want to go back to old version, this is clearly not a solution.... thanks PS. How can this be reported to Adobe????

Há algum tutorial para que o Adobe Acrobat Reader (AAR) consiga reconhecer/ler o certificado em nuvem Neoid da Serpro? Estou na versão 2023.001.20177 do AAR rodando em um Macbook M1 macOS 13.4.  Consegui instalar o app Neoid desktop e o certificado (via iOS app) mas não resolveu.

Is it possible to disable the recent files? I didn't find anything in the options, is there perhaps a registry entry that can be changed?I want to disable it because I don't need it, 99% of the times I open a pdf file only once, read it and then delete it, so the recent files is just a list of useless, deleted files.

Adobe Reader 2023.006.20380 don't recognize  \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cSharePoint bDisableSharePointFeatures value=1 Is this a bug or a dropped feature?

I recently downloaded Reader DC - subscription (not free) and am having an issue.  But there is no choice in the Support Section that enables me to get chat help - even though it's for a paid product.  First - It would be nice if the software didn't take control as the default software for all PDFs (after I made the mistake of selecting "make this the default") and won't let me change back to Adobe?Second:  Why is it so hard to get help? I am an active Adobe subscriber:  Photoshop Cloud, CS5, Lightroom Cloud, Lightroom 15, Adobe Acrobat, and now Reader DC.  - come on guys,  Can you make my life a little easier here...

Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version: 2023.006.20360Since short, when opening Adobe Reader, it opens multiple old files at once.When disabling options under "Preferences > Documents": "Restore last view settings" or "automatically save documents changes to temporary files"Or under "Preferences > General": "Open PDFs from last session on Acrobat Reader Launch"It has no effect.Even deleting full regkey ".\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral\cRecentFiles" it keeps recreating the same files and recentfiles back into the same location.Repairing / reinstalling has the same effect. Clearing "recent files" just places it back when reopening Adobe Reader.Any one has any idea? 

In PDF document I have added my own text to answer questions in the PDF. Later, after saving the pdf I am not able to delete my answers that I added. It seems like previous versions prior to November there was no problem deleting the text that I added by hovering over the text and using the trash can to delete/change what I added. Thank you for any help with this.

Adobe Acrobat 2023 ("New Acrobat") needs the option to open each document in a new window. This should be possible without disabling New Acrobat.

I am missing the ability to add a SharePoint site in my Add File Storage, I have 4 options Box, DropBox, Google Drive and OneDrive but no SharePoint. Anyone know how to get the sharepoint option?I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and have tried Adobe Pro and both dont have that option 

I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat reader and when I save PDF's from the internet to print and open them on the app they come out blurry and not full quality, however when I open the PDF on the browser (google chrome) and print from there it is high quality and comes out crisp.Why would this be and what settings would I have to change on the app to stop them being printed blurry? Thanks in advance.
