Hello, I have an issue when working with "Shared document".My friend creates a "Shared review" for a file. Then sends it over mail. My other friends can write and publish comments. However, I can't - Adobe Acrobat Reader suggests me to try again or work offline. This is not a network problem - issue has been persistent for a while already. When I click "Track reviews" and select the file, I see: " Error: Could not get new comments. There was a problem accessing the review document location. Please contact the initiator of review for access". Initiator reviewed and confirmed that access is there. Everything used to be working when I had Microsoft Windows. Now I have MAC and started to face the problem. Some of my friends have MAC (and the same version of Adobe Reader), but don't have this issue. Anyone else faced same problem / have some solutions to suggest? Thank you in advance

Hi Adobe Community,We use adobe reader to access the internal secure documents with username log in and password. Normally these files are electronics schematics made from an OrCAD software. Recently when I found a problem in adobe reader during display of these secure documents. The text and lines all will be displayed in gibberish way and sometime the desktop background also display in adobe reader secure documents. I tried to repair the adobe reader, unfortunately that didn’t work. But this problem only solves after I try to uninstall and re-install again only. But it’s not possible to uninstall and re-install again and again whenever I face a problem with it. And, I found the root cause of this problem is only when I let the secure document open and make the system (PC/LAPTOP) sleep without closing the reader. I found this problem with other systems also.Laptop/PC details:Make: Lenovo ThinkPad.Operating system: Windows 11.Adobe reader: Latest Version. (Tried with o
Hello,I am in a similar situation. I filled in form fields using "fill and sign". I deliberately saved the work as I did it, after about an hour I closed Acrobat Reader DC. I then opened it up again in a minute - and all my changes were there fine.I've now come back 3 days later and all the changes have gone, leaving only the empty form. Note: I kept a copy of the original form file and it is 0.5MB, the "edited" file is 3.5MB which suggests that the changes are still there, but somehow hidden.Could you help? Thanks,Peter
Hello, I've recently started installing Adobe Acrobat (Reader) during OS installaiton via Confoguration Managet from the Microsoft Store using Winget - the installation works perfectly fine, after the installation finishes I can login to the system and I can ope PDFs via the Reader application. When I open a PDF I get a popup message (screenshot below), which suggests that the reader application is not set as the default app to open PDFs and it is in my case, as I have a GPO that set's "Adobe Acrobat" as the default app to open .pdf files (screnshot below). Is there a GPO or registry entry that can hide the message for all users in a corporate environment? P.S.Can Adobe make up their mind on how the products are named, be consistent in the naming and not rename them so frequently? In Control Panel I can see "Adobe Acrobat", then I open the applicaiton tand he title bar shows "Adobe Acrobat Reader" and the file association shows "Adobe Acrobat" - this is very confusing for
Hi, I'm sure where to post, or let you know, but I have been having issues with Adobe Reader freezing. I scroll halfway down the page, and it freezes. Then it unfreezes and 2 seconds later it freezes again and when it comes out of the second freeze the top windows menu (where you can close the window) changes to an old XP looking menu. I found out that this only happens when SageThumbs is installed. I tried it a few times. When Sage is uninstalled, Reader works normally. When Sagethumbs is installed, this happens every time.

When the button is pressed the email window comes up with:Subject: Jobber Contact, CustomerNew WarrantyPlease enter and prepare to shipJobber ContactCustomerWhen I enter data in the respective text boxes the email comes up with this (I've color-coded the lines that should be on the same line):New WarrantyPlease enter and prepare to shipJobber ContactCustomerProduct Repair ShopJoe Blow7015100So how would I update my script to have the lines match? var targetEmail = "me@email.com";var subjectLine = this.getField("Jobber Contact").valueAsString + " " this.getField("Customer").valueAsString;var body = "New Warranty \nPlease enter and prepare to ship\nJobber Contact\nCustomer\nProduct " + this.getField("Jobber Contact").valueAsString + " " + "\n" + this.getField("Customer").valueAsString +

I'm trying to download offline installer of latest Adobe Reader for bulk installations on PCs in my company. It used to be simple and last version I got was 11.02. Latest version forces me to register for distribution of Adobe software. Fair enough, I requested access to the Reader, got one email to confirm my details, then another one which should contain link to the .exe installer. Sadly the URL in "To download the English language version of Adobe Reader 9 with Acrobat.com in compressed .exe format, click here." redirects to this address: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/ which is the generic page asking me to apply to distribute Reader, which I just did.. "Adobe Reader 9" suggest that those automatic emails are quite outdated now, can anyone help? ----------------------------------------------------------- Dear XXX XXXXXXXXX Thank you for submitting a request to distribute Adobe® Software. When I open a document with Acrobat READER DC, I am prompted to sign in using some credentials. The options are to use my Google account or some other. I have never seen this before, and after a new installation on a machine, replacing Acrobat Reader XI (also free product), I am presented with this. How do you make it stop without having to sign in??
Hi,I am using Adobe reader on my Mac. My issue is that I have downloaded a protected pdf file which has digital signatures in it. While the file opens in acrobat (with a password) & verifies the signature (I get a green tick), I am unable to either save the file without protection, nor I am able to take a print from inside adobe. If I try to save the file as pdf without password using the mac preview, acrobat opens the file but does not verify the signature. Kindly advice. I am using the latest version of Adobe acrobat reader.
I am trying to print a pdf. The pdf size is the same size as the page, so it should print perfectly. However, the document is not aligned to the paper at all. How can I fix this?
