Acrobat Reader

On my disk, the ARM folder (/ProgramData/Adobe/ARM) is taking up almost 20GB of space! This isn't too great, because my PC has an already very small amount of C drive space, and the fact that a folder I never even knew I had is taking up a fifth of my total space isn't particularly great. I would just like to know if it is safe to delete this ARM folder, because this is taking up more space than any of the users of this device are on their own.  If I can't delete the whole folder, are there any large folders in the ARM folder, related Adobe files, or large cache files that I can get rid of? My PC is coming to the end of its life, and I don't think that this 18 gigabyte folder is helping it at all. Many thanks.

Hello,I am facing issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader while viewing the Douments via Citrix Xenapp, it does not open the document intermitently, also same time we see multiple Acobat Reader Process in the Task Manager. If anyone encounter this problem and is therer any solution for this issue.  

What is the keyboard shortcut to send in Adobe Acrobat Reader 2023.006.20360 (32 bit)? We recently had to step down to this 32 bit, and I cannot find any way to send the currrent document without using mouse. Thank you.

I've noticed that since the Adobe Acrobat Reader v2023.001.20064 upgrade, the 'Remember current state of tools pane' not working.  Each time I close the tools pane, and then select the 'Remember current state of tools pane' option, and close Adobe, then next time I open that or any other PDF the Tools pane shows up.  The option seems to be broken, and not persisting. Has anyone else found that to be the case, and is there a working solution to the problem?

Adobe Reader DC - does anyone know how to get the snap shot / camera tool back into the tool menu?

When add signature and add text, the Chinese Character display is correct. After save and reopen the pdf, the chinese character cannot display. Look like the signature text use differnet font which not support . System with latest font pack and we test on english / traditional edition with font pack, the problem not fix. On perference setting change language left to right and enable support hkcsc also not work  exam the register font at registry also all correct 

While I was troubleshooting another issue with Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit, I ended up uninstalling, using the cleanup tool and then I installed the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC. Needless to say that this did not help the problem I was troubleshooting, BUT.......After installation I was presented with the new Acrobat interface. At the time, because I was involved in troubleshooting the other problem, I turned this new interface off.Later I decided to look into the new interface deeper. As I was trying to make up my mind as to which interface will help me more, I was switching back and forth between the New Interface and the Classic Interface.A few days later I decided to go with the "newest and greatest". So, while in the Classic Interface, I dropped the View menu and, to my dismay, the "Enable new Acrobat Reader" menu item was nowhere to be found on the View menu.Where did "Enable new Acrobat Reader" menu option go?Why did it go away?How do I get it back, possibly without going ag

Hi,I have been struggling with this issue for a while now. I have a MacBook Pro and I am having issues with printing any kind of pdf on Adobe Reader I just get the same notice error each time "this document could not be printed, there were no pages selected to print" and I can't really understand why that is. I have tried several solutions I could find but none of them seem to work. So far I have tried: printing the pdf as an image, updating printer drivers, reinstalling Adobe, updating my Mac software. I have tried a few others to but I can't remember them from the top of my head.Please help!Thanks,Aneesa

Hello.My colleagues and I are having problems getting Reader 9 and X to display scroll bars in PDF's saved in full screen mode.We can't find any preference or option to force Acrobat to display the scroll bars.How do I display the scroll bar on the right in Reader 9 and X?Sincerely,Rupertsland

Suddenly I can't open any pdf files on my Windows 7 computer.  I've tried several versions of Reader but none work.  The same thing happens whether I just try to open a pdf file or try to open Reader itself.  Is there some setting on my computer that's causing this.  I've unistalled and reinstalled different versions, always rebooting my computer, but no luck.  Can't figure out what's changed.Please help!!

Just reformatted mioy computer and upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, now I cannot open PDF's - the reader closes immediately - doesn't open the PDF at all.  I can't even open Reader XI by itself.  I tried uninstalling and rolling back to Reader 10... same result.  Uninstalled that and installed verion 9.0.  Same result.  I have not installed XI again, but still cannot open PDF's.  I bought and intalled Office 2013 when I restaged.  Nothing else is on my computer yet except Avast antivirus and firewall, skype, IE 10, and google chrome.  Any ideas??

When I try to go to File and save as to save an Adobe Reader DC doc, the save as is grayed out and it will not let me save the doc to my desktop.Can you tell me why this is happening or another way for me to do this?Thanks,Kat

I am using Acrobat Reader v2023.006.20320 on Mac osX Sonoma 14.0, M1 chip. When reading papers, I copy texts and put them in Google Translate at times. However, Acrobat Reader always maintains the visible "line breaks" at copying, which makes the translation unable to work well, for Google Translate would treat each line as independent sentence, which makes sense I'm afraid.  I would prefer the Preview app's bahivor, which ignores the "line breaks" only for reading. This makes sense, in my opinion, for the line breaks are caused by the limitation of width, not the author's intention. 

I tried to leave this feedback at https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/926812 but I am unable to login there for some reason, even after spending more than 30 minutes on chat with customer service. The new version of Adobe Reader is causing a lot of confusion for my endusers. I have over 5000 users of legal forms designed for Washington State rental housing that my organization produces using InDesign and Acrobat. Our endusers save our pdf forms to their devices, fill in interactive form fields, often editing and saving multiple times. Now, with every change they are forced to "Save As" and "Replace File". This is a blatent attempt to get people to use your cloud.  Also, the new hompage design is dominated by a menu with additional features that are not actually included in the free reader. We currently have a 32-bit Adobe Reader Free version installed on our customers' workstations, and we've configured an addon for it. However, every time the Adobe new experience reverts, it causes issues with that addon. This automatic reversion is problematic, and we are seeking your ideas to permanently disable the new experience via the registry so that we can deploy it universally via GPO targeting the Registry.

Good Morning Everyone, My apologies if this has been posted, using the search bar up top, as well as Google and Bing to try search the page, I was unable to locate any posts about this.Replaced the workstation for a user at one of my clients, and they use an application called Gregg Catelog which opens a PDF to specific pages using Acrobat Reader. Except, since upgrading their computer this does not happen. It will open to the first page, and then in the background a prompt comes up 'Adobe Acrobat Reader was unresponsive to the go to page "L106" command. Would you like to retry?" message.Have tried adjusting all settings in Edit -> Preferenances but unable to find a specific setting which allows this setting to work.Application was installed from get.adobe.com/ca/reader/, but also tried using chocolatey and nuget to install Adobe Reader and has made no difference.Thanks in advanced for helping, and I hope its something blatantly obvious and not due to a COM object or something

HELLOim trying to find a solution to this problem, actually i am trying to convert an xlsm file to a pdfunfortunately everytime i do, the conversion damages the cells that are using my macromy macro takes a number (exemple : 235) and rights it in letters (two hundred and thirty five )hope u understood my problem .

On a PDF form.  If Yes is checked then I want the text box to return "Director"; if No is checked then I want the text box to return "Assistant"

I am trying to add an IF, THEN statement for my performance evaluation form. Basically what I need to happen is that if an "X" is place in any of the 5 columns (i.e., poor, good, great, better, best, each worth a number of 1-5 respectively), then in the score column it will reflect a number between 1-5. After hours and hours of searching on internet i still dont find how to fix this problem , i got the Adobe Acrobate Pro (35.99euro/month) for nothing, is dont work , tiff, png, convert to docx and after reconvert on pdf, just nothingAnd all i got is that message :I already restart my windows 10, i already check version is the last one, i already try repair instalation, i already shut down the electricity in all my neighbourhood and restart my computer, still got this annoing message. I dont know if this bug is on next spring of adobe teams or in "pipeline" or whatever fency terms to make you pay 36euro for a bad product , but should be.

With the just rolled-out version 23.6.20360.0, the protected mode does not work any longer.  Trying to open a document leads to a message, only allowing you to open the document unprotected.My system: Windows 11, actual. Internal virus scanner, actual.

I wish to create a link in a PDF that opens a folder on my hard drive, and cannot find a mechanism that works as of 02/2018. Help where to find solutions?

We are experiencing issues nstalling Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro (x64) on a VMware Horizon Instant Clone Image or in an App Stack.We can install Adobe Reader on the image or create an App Stack and it works fine.We can't however run Acrobat Pro on the image - it would violate the volume licesning.Acrobat Pro "lools" like it packages correctly in an App Stack, it attaches but is not available. Ideally, we would like to have both applications installed on the image, but having the apps in an App Stack will work. The image is based on Windows Enterprise 10 x64 - Build 22H2.Running VMware Horizon View 2303, App Volumes 2209. Any help will be appreciated. 

Hello Adobe Community, Trying to help one of our customers with their Adobe.When clicking on review and sign from the Outlook email, it takes them to the following page  - Tried opening it in another browser but it still does the same thing.Tried clickinig on Adobe Acrobat Sign linkon top but and when we sign in I get the following error We do have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine. 

Hello We keep getting this when we open a PDF in our adobe Pro and  once it pops up takes sometime before it allows you click on the X button.We have gone to Preferences to stop the pop ups and restarted our computer and this is still happening.Dont have the option to  EDIT, PREFERENCES, PAGE DISPLAY AND DISABLE CONTENT PREPARATION PROGRESS BAR  or EDIT PREFERENCES DOCUMENTS, CLEAR ALL UNDER DOCUMENT CRECHE SECTION Please advise, thank you
