hola. descargue la app gratuita, la instale todo bien. Pero al querer abrir un documento no abre, no inicia no hace nada, lo desintale volvi a instalar y es lo mismo. la aplicacion no inicia. 

I need to add notes to every Purchase Order that comes to us, and sometimes they come with a digital signature.  When I try to edit these I get an alert telling me that it cannot be edited because of the digital signature.Most times it just says that, and that's it.  But infrequently it will suggest that I "Save a Copy," which is excellent because "Save a Copy" magically appears in the File drop-down menu.  But when it's not suggested "Save a Copy" is not available.  I can't find any rhyme or reason why sometimes it is possible and sometimes it is not.  I'd love to be able to stop having to print them, scan them, and edit the scanned version, which is basically what "Save a Copy" is doing for me.Is there a way to have "Save a Copy" available at all times?

I mark many students' pdf scripts in a day.For every file I open, I have to tell Reader to open the wide comment pane and click on the comment icon in an otherwise empty (space consuming) task bar.How do I open, automatically, a pdf file without the comment pane and the task bar but with the commenting function activated?  And reverse the perverse change to make ESC destroy my comment.Do the people who continually make so-called "improvements" never consider the damage they are wreaking?

JD Edwards shows garbled text when opened in a web page.Have heard of issues with Adobe Reader and tried all the fixes that have been shown with no fixes.Is there anything else we can try (Adobe updates, patches, etc.)?

Hi, One of our employees is having an issue with Acrobat Reader. When starting the program, it freezes for even several tens of seconds before displaying all PDF files. Additionally, while browsing files, it can sometimes freeze and take a long time to open a PDF file. The problem only occurred after assigning a new license to the user, and previously such problems did not occur. What solution to the problem can you suggest to us?

Many of my files have the 'Title' and  'author' as someone else as files have been edited and changed over time. These details are greyed out when I go to 'properties' so I can not put my info in for 'Title' and 'Author'.Please help.

Boa tarde! Estou com um problema que, quando tento assinar um documento digitalmente clicando no botão assinar, não acontece nada nem aparece uma mensagem de erro. Queria saber se alguém teve um problema parecido, caso teve preciso de ajuda.  Obrigado!

Hi, I have Acrobat Pro 32 bit all updated.I don't have the fill-and-sign tool.In the tools, it's not there and the one in the toolbar doesn't work.others from my company who have the same plan as me do have it.What can I do? Thanks Iris 

Hallo an alle,ich versuche gerade von 22.002.20191 auf  22.003.20263 upzudaten, leider erfolglos.Das ganze versuche ich mit einem Batch-Script:"%~dp0AcroRdrDC2200320263_de_DE.exe" /sAll /rs /msi EULA_ACCEPT=YES DISABLEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=1Da die Installation nicht durchgeführt wird, habe ich es manuell per Klick installiert und bekomme folgende meldung:Ich verstehe die Meldung nicht ganz. Warum kann ich die Version jetzt nicht Installieren?Das ganze soll dann per SCCM ausgerollt werden. Händisch installieren kommt also nicht in Frage 🙂

Bonjour, Je rencontre actuellement un problème d'impression avec le logiciel Acrobat Reader.Il se trouve que l'aperçu avant impression affiche page blanche et ce, avec n'importe quelle imprimante (même une imprimante virtuelle d'enregistrement pdf). Bien sur les pages imprimées sont blanches... J'ai été obligé de mêtre le navigateur Edge par défaut. Et via Edge les impressions fonctionnent correctement. Avez-vous eu le soucis ? Si oui comment le résoudre ? Merci,Bonne journée à tous. 

Everytime i scroll, click on anything on the pdf or try to edit, it looks corrupted and it only goes back to its norml for mafter clicking on the page a couple more times. It isnt a file specific problem as it has happened many times with other files aswell. Not a version based problem either as i have reinstalled and repaired multiple times. Thanks for your help.

All Acrobat files hang when I try to print, even after I have tried previous remedies.  Then, I have to close the program. to continue.

We are currently migrating file shares to Sharepoint. We have default sensitivity of internal set on the Sharepoint site.Recently pdf files have started to gain this label automatically also. When you open the pdf file, it is protected by Purview. Previously, it was only the office Applications that this sensitivty label applied. All the Adobe documentation advises to use full Acrobat to remove this label - this is not feasable as all our end users do not use Acrobat. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I can't believe they don't have the option to remove sensitivity on Reader. I tried adobe and chatting to support but they advised I had to use Acrobat. I'm sure this will become more and more of an issue as others move to Sharepoint and default sensitivity labels.

I am working on a plan take off and have set the scale to 1/4" - 1'.  The dimensions keep reverting back to an "Embedded Scale Ratio".How do I turn it off to use the proper scale I need?

I am running Adobe Reader XI Version 11.0.2 on a Dell Windows 7 workstation with dual monitors.  We generally have a dozen applications open and we bounce all around between them.  Whenever I open a PDF document which ever monitor it was opened on last, it will open maximized on the display.  I do *NOT* want it to open maximized and I have searched high and low, tried setting Preference settings for Full Screen, Documents, everything I can find and no matter what I do, as soon as I open a PDF it's full screen.  I can get it to change how the document appears in the full screen view, like fit page or zoom to width, but it always opened FULL SCREEN!How do I turn this feature OFF?!?!?!?!?!

I would like to be able to open a PDF directly from my home screen. Can I place a link on the home screen or is there another way to do this?

Hi All:  I use the free adobe reader to open state department 424's. I can fill in the fields but it won't let me activate the signature function.  Can anyone help with this. Thanks

Dear all, We want to set up the system to sign documents via "Request e-signature". I followed all the steps via "More options", to make everyone use a personnal password to sign. However, the hyperlink (which is automatically sent) always opens in a web browser, and not in Adobe. The browser doesn't "remember" the signature, so they have set that up every time. Myself, I have the Acrobat Pro, so i have 0 problems, but everyone without the Pro version always has to open in a web browser. Is there a way to make the documents which need to be signed, open in Adobe (without losing the signature fields)? Thanks i nadvance! Kind regards

 Dear Team, I am trying to eSign a pdf all pages using a remote web service which returns a XML signature. After append signature on my pdf when i see it in PC's adobe reader then its show's only first page signature and remaing page with show only blank rectangle block as seen in pic 2.And same file when i see it in mobile's adobe reader then its shows all signature on all pdf pages. So i want to see all signature on my PC's Adobe reader. Please suggest me. Thanks 

Bonjour, je viens d'installer windows11. ma version adobe acrobat reader est la 2021.011.20039Avec windows 10 je pouvais directement cliquer droit sur un fichier pdf et faire imprimer sans être obligé de l'ouvrir. Avec windows11, quand je clique droit j'ai cette fenetre qui s'affiche et je suis obligée d'aller dans "afficher plus d'option pour pouvoir imprimer. Y a t'il une solution pour que l'impression soit sur la 1ère fenetre ? exemple avec les raccorci couper/coller 

Before the past month, PDFs that opened in the Chrome extension printed at the full, fit-to-page size. Now, randomly, it no longer prints that way. It will only print the whole PDF doc to a quarter of the page in the top left corner. It comes out very small and useless. But, when I open it in the Desktop Reader, it prints at the full, fit-to-page size. I just want to eliminate that step.

He intentado instalar el Adobe Reader varias veces, pero no finaliza la instalación y me sale un mensaje de que ya tengo instalado el Adobe Acrobat Pro,Sin embargo, con el Adobe Reader de ese Adobe Acrobat no puedo visualizar unos ficheros que me han enviado, en los cuales me pone que para verlos tengo que tener instalado Adobe Reader 8 o posterior.He llamado al Servicio de Attn. al Cliente de Adobe Acrobat Pro y me dicen que tengo que contactar con el Servicio de Ayuda del Acrobat Reader.Por favor, necesito que me contesten a la mayor brevedad.Gracias.

When people in my team save and convert from word into pdf a document, the name of the file while opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader is different from the one in the original word file and also different from the same file's name when I open it with, for example, Preview (Mac). Is this a reason for this?How can I solve it?
