Hi everyone,In our company, we are using Acrobat Reader DC (application) to sign (it's just for our internal control), instead of the human signature on hard copies. But normally we have to go to Tools --> Certificate --> Digital SignIt takes us some clicks, so how can we put "Digital Sign" somewhere so whenever we open a pdf file, we just spend 1 click to (go in "Digital Sign") to sign? Thank you
As subject, when I opened the PDF which is created from AutoCAD, CPU usage increase to about 40% and the application almost hang up, does anyone know why ? Regards,
Hello,I have come across an issue with Acrobat Reader. After starting Acrobat Reader, the Menu Bar disappears with the bar where you can close and min/max the window. When you hover over the Menu Bar where it normally would be, it appears again for a second, after that Acrobat Reader freezes. Also, the Window is kind of doubled when the Menu Bar disappears, which you can see in the Screenshot. I already reinstalled it a couple of times, but nothing helped.Someone who came across the same Problem?
I'm a help desk staff member and I assisting helping a large bank of computer users. I've been assigned the task to troubleshoot an error message that I see when launching Adobe Reader DC. The message will keep repeating itself, no matter what I click, therefore Adobe Reader DC is unusable. This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certificate authority.Issued to: adobe.ioIssued by: <not sure if I can publish this information>Valid from 7/29/21 to 7/31/22Around 4-5 years ago, my work did block all ".IO" websites. We had a lot of gamers come in, using .IO sites for online multiplayer gaming and it was causing a massive disruption. Once blocked, the problem largely subsided. Is the "*.IO" block causing the error message?Other than trying to figure out how to add exceptions, is there a way to deploy a certificate via our Windows 2016 Server? Clients are on Windows 10. The Server 2016 was updated for Windows 10 policies.
I setup Acrobat reader dc. Every time I try to open pdf file it shows: "Are you sure the allowed and forbidden file attachment types are reset to default?" All the pdf files have the same situation and can not be opened! thanks
I have a fairly new computer running Windows 11. When I try to print a PDF, the printer dialog screen shows a blank document instead of the document I need to print. How do I fix this? I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT PDFs!
Currently having issues with Adobe Reader auto-updating itself. We make the following changes on the local machine in a domain environment to prevent the device from updating to 64 bit but it keeps ignoring and reinstating the following: Disabling and deleting the Adobe Acrobat Update Task in Task SchedulerDisable the service “Adobe Acrobat Update Service” and ensure it doesn’t start-upAmended the “Mode” DWORD record and changed the value Data field from “3” to “0” Please find below the location of the Reg entry:· Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Legacy\Acrobat\{AC76BA86-1033-1033-7760-BC15014EA700}The string of numbers on the end may differ. The software being used is only designed to run with the 32-bit version of Adobe Reader and makes users unable to print from the software when updated to 64bit. Perhaps there is a GPO we can add?

Using Mac // Safari (14.1.1) Every time I open a .pdf file, the Adobe sign-in dialog box pops up and "forces" me to sign in. I can't even close out of the sign-in box without signing in.I would like to be able to open a local .pdf file without having to sign-in.
Hey Everyone,In my work environment we currently have 1500 installs of Acrobat Reader DC that are out of date. I have been researching a way to try and get these up to date since their version has a security vulnerability. I've been looking for some form of registry edit that could force all of these to get up to date, I am finding that it seems like they're not up to date because adobe was never launched on these machines, currently i am trying to test if pushing an "Accept EULA" registry edit will allow those updates to start. is there any advice that someone could give me on this? the majority of the out of date installs are version 18.009.20044 Thanks
I have a user who just received a new PC running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and the latest version of Adobe Reader DC. Previous to this, she was able to read in a PDF file and add comments to it. Now, the "T" to add text is greyed out. What can I do to re-enable this function for her? It's vital to her job performance to be able to comment on PDFs.Thanks!Larry
Hi,We were interested in a software vendor selling a solution for managing 3D documents. It seems to embed Adobe PDF Reader in their application. They say this may require buying a license from Adobe. I wonder what I should buy.

I get an error msg Signature not verified when opening a pdf document
Windows 10 - We are moving from Reader 2017 Classic to Reader DC. One thing we noticed, when using Fill and Sign to complete a form, we choose to save a read only copy via the "Next" dialog. A location is chosen and the PDF is saved. However, new to this version, now we are prompted to Login to Adobe via an account or Google / Facebook registered ID's. Cancelling this dialog and exiting causes no issues. But we see the prompt everytime. We have a wide range of users, some may have Adobe ID's, so no issue. Others may have received a form from HR to fill out as needed, and do not have an ID. Seeing the prompt may cause confusion, leading to a support call in some cases. Or people may now feel obligated to create an ID. And the authors of documents may not be aware, and may not inform the recipients of the steps. Is there a way to stop this prompt without disabling the services? The only methods I have discovered eliminate the services. like bToggleAdobeSign or bToggleSendAndTrack.
