Desde las últimas actualizaciones del Adobe Acrobat Reader, el seleccionar el plotter HP DesignJet 1050c y querer ajustar las propiedades del mismo hace que Acrobat genere un acceso no permitido a memoria y que entre en conflicto. El sistema operativo informa del Event ID 1000, donde Acrobat.exe parece entrar en conflicto con la librería hpltui.dll y acto seguido se cierra todo el visor de PDF.Últimamente lo he estado solucionando retrocediendo la versión de Adobe Acrobat Reader a una que habíamos descargado para instalaciones offline, pero es un apaño que dura lo que tarda en actualizarse de nuevo el programa gratuito.Necesito dar una solución definitiva.Espero ayuda de la comunidad.

Estou tendo problemas para assinar digitalmente por meio de certificado A3. Quando clico em "assinar" não acontece nada e a assinatura nao preenche no pdf em questão. 

Hello.We had a problem in our company lately with signing pdf documents with electronic signature.When an employee tried to sign the document, the card with signature ID didn't pop up until they closed the file. Once they signed it like that, the signature was wrong. It happens to some every few weeks or months, and to some it happens every 2 days or so. The process that the signing should have would be to sign -> save file as -> enter security number for the certificate card -> positive signature on saved file. Instead it is "signing -> save file as -> app either crashes or you have to close it manually as it is unresponsive -> certificate card pop up for security number -> signature failed on the saved file.Uninstalling and installing the app again (we're installing the 2019 version as 2021 version sometimes doesn't work with signatures) solves the problem temporarily. It happens all over again the next day or 2 days later.We tried disabling updates for Adobe Rea

Buonaseraho attivato abobe in prova ed il giorno di scadenza della prova (9 aprile) mi è arrivata una fattura da pagare!da allora non riesco più a venirne acapo! il mio accaunt è bloccato perchè non ho dsto disponibilità alla prepagata.... perchè devo pagare per riattivare l'accsunt e poi disdire un abbonamento che non ho attivato? ho fatto solo il periodo di prova! I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. My issue is the app opens automatically when  I sign in to my AirMac. How do I stop this? I already removed and reinstalled the app and that did not work.  Thank you!

For some reason whenever I send pdfs as attachments to my iphone they are showing up as winmail.dat files. Any idea why? Never experienced this before. All settings I can find online related to changing settings to html have been implemented.

Our application run in IE11 mode of Microsoft Edge browser. it was working fine with windows 10, when we migrated to windows 11 and start using the application we have issues in printing PDFs within browser window. below is the behaviour 1) user open the site in IE11 mode of Edge browser2) user try to print something, application open the PDF within browser. (please refer to screen1.png)3) click on any control of Adobe, Print/Save/Zoomin/ZoomOut. window turn blank, adobe floting controls also goes away (please refer to screen2.png) Please see the attached screen shot for reference.this problem has landed us in big trouble as the printing has stopeed working. we are using Adobe Reader DC version 22.001.20117

Hi guys, it is since some time already when I can't print anything from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC anymore. I am able to print from all other programs (Excel, Word, email etc.). I have Samsung SCX-3205 laser printer connected with a cable to a HP EliteBook laptop running on Windows 10 Enterprise and using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, version 2018.011.20040. I searched this forum and some others as well, but did not find any solution for the issue so far. When I want to print any .pdf document it throws back "The document could not be printed" message. When I hit OK, it shows another one "An error occurred while printing the document". Can anyone help fixing it? Thanks in advance.

How do you customize toolbars in Acrobat Reader DC 22.1?  I don't have a "Customize Quick Tools" option.  I want to remove all the empty space in the toolbar and add just the "Add Text Comment" icon to the existing toolbar, I don't want to show the entire Comments toolbar on a separate row. I created an electronic edition and decided to secure my authorship with a digital signature. So, I chose the "Certificates" tool, clicked "Add digital signature", selected a section on the document, and created a digital signature. I hoped this signature would not be visible. And now it looks out of place against the background of the overall design of the publication. Tell me, is it possible to make this digital signature invisible?

Hi,I've created a Numbers spreadsheet which fits the page in print preview in Numbers and prints how I want it to. When I export to PDF and try to print via Adobe, the spreadsheet is super zoomed in and I can't get it to fit the page properly. I plan to distribute the PDFs to other people and don't want to have to mess with the custom size each time. Any advice?

 Yesterday I tried to print 2 pages on the same sheet by selecting 2 in 1 from the printer settings, back and forth but the pages appear 3-4 upside down on the second page of the sheet if you understand me. Should  change  adobe  print  settings  or  printer  direcly?

Hello, we want to deploy the Windows Store version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, for the deployment via Intube MDM a URL to the store version is required. I can't find the URL to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC at all. Its not possible to get the url through the build in windows store aswell. Could anyone provide me with the URL to the Windows Web Store so I can use it for a deployment?Regards,

In a print/publishing environment, can we share a single PDF master between colleagues to comment on. The PDF master will be a combined PDF containing several pages of a retail  catalgue. The catalogue will have reached the next stage of production where a circulation is required to interested parties within the business. The master PDF will be added to a shared server where colleagues can link/open it up to add collaborative comments. (Assuming this functionality exists within Acrobat Pro). After a designated period all collaborative comments added to the master will be assessed by the catalogue manager to check and edit as seen fit before releasing the master file back to artworker to carry out the comments,  As things stand a circulation PDF is sent to the interested parties for comment, they then return there comments in separate PDF. Our adobe reader just updated to the latest version for about 1500 computers. Now when you open reader, after about 5 minutes the cursor will lock up and then the screen turns back. This is with no open pdfs, just adobe open. Rebooted and did nothing but open adobe and had the same crash.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but continue to receive an Access Denied pop-up that says "you no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error. Please follow this link." I followed the link, signed in, and the same pop-up message occurs. This may be related to my previous account email when I was employed at a large university. So, I contacted Adobe support, they gave me some suggestions and said to contact them again if the issue was not resolved (Case Number: ADB-24049455-X6D9). Hello, Adobe Acrobat Reader, doesn't print text 3D of the next image. But in preliminry view works correctly : The text in normal view :But when printing the text does not appear (the nest image). And with Adobe Acrobat Pro, the text does print.I have tried different printers and the same problem always happens. Thank you very much for the help.
