Hi, I got a contact on a website, I filled it out and it asked me to create a digital Signature which I did then I hit the email button in the upper right hand of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? Did I get charge for setting up that digital Signature? Did I get changed for using that sign and email document service? I don't want the Adobe Acrobat Pro, last time I use it, I got stuck paying for a whole year. I worry that will happen again. I don't see it on my account billing section but I worry. I only need to find out if I got changed for that one document. Support chat was no help. Thank you in advance for any helpKim

Hello communityI have just reinstalled Windows 7 and I'm trying to install programs too, but the Acrobat Reader is impossible to install... It almost finishes the installation, creates a desktop icon and when installation reaches 99% it aborts with the message:"Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Newer version already installed" (and eliminates the desktop icon)There is ANY previous Acrobat Reader installed... I reinstalled again a new fresh and clean Windows and tried to install first Acrobat Reader, but still I get NEWER VERSION ALREADY INSTALLED.I've download and executed the ACROBAT CLEANER (just in case) but it says that there is any version installed.I've download again Adobe Acrobat Reader from "OTHER VERSIONS" area and choosed manually Windows7/English and choosed the unique available version"Reader DC 2019 .008.20171 English for Windows"but it still aborts at 99% with the same message "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Newer version already installed"What can be the problem? Does anybody have the

Help! No one can seem to help me permanently update/change my login name for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I'm having issues with the author of my comments coming up under a different name. Online chat support tried to walk me through but nothing seems to work. I've uninstalled and re-installed Adobe but that didn't fix the issue either. From what I can tell, this has to do with the fact that my login name is incorrect. How do I fix this? The instructions given don't work. I login with my email address and nowhere is there a different login name. I've attached screen shots of what I'm referring to. Any advise, help anyone can offer is grately appreciated. Thank you
I'm using a WIndows 10 PC desktop.Ever since I upgraded from Acrobat 2017 to Acrobat 2020, three new issues: 1) I am now required to sign in to Adobe in order to use Acrobat 2020. I never had to sign in before. 2) When I sign out, I get a window that states:By clicking "Sign out" you'll sign out of and deactivate every Adobe application on this device."That's never happened before. And now after signing out, when I open myPhotoshop Elements 15, it makes me "accept" an Adobe Software License Agreement. Hey, I already did that when I first bought that software. 3) When signed out, upon clicking on a PDF on my hard drive, it goes to open Acrobat 2020 but makes me reenter my 24-digit Registration Number for that Acrobat 2020. Why must I do this? They obviously already have this information to have given it to me in the first place and I already regstered when I bought the product. And, since I am clicking fron my hard drive, a browser is not involved so it's not like a browser
Hi all. We have Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit deployed through our enterprise. At any given point, roughly 8-10 users will experience Acrobat taking all available memory resources, irrespective of how many documents are opened (could be one, five or 10). I've upgraded Acrobat regularly and see no difference. Recreating profiles has also yielded no effect. What can I try to remediate? I see turning page caching off was a fix for an issue in September 21, but this issue appears patched at the link below. Recently I am constantly being required to sign in to Adobe to use Adobe Reader (a free standalone app). It is definitely annoying to dig up my Adobe password to view an email attachment. Is this a bug? Has it been fixed? Do I need to set a new default PDF reader?
I downloaded the app to my ipad and then subscribed to premium version but all the screen has been showing for 4 hours is a loading screen that reads "Purchase successful.Waiting feature activation" please help
I have printed double-sided documents from my Mac to my HP printer numerous times. Up until last week, it was a default setting. I can still print double-sided from all other applications. However, the double-sided printing option has disappeared from my printer options on Acrobat.I have tried downloaded the latest driver from HP and found there were no downloads available for Mac.I also tried changing the document properties to duplex from simplex, but the print is in gray, and I am unable to change it.Help!
Hi,Just installed Acrobat reader DC. Why there is no "Add an Account" option? Thanks,
I have checked all printer and document settings, uninstalled and reinstalled printer, saved file as a 'save as' and still cannot get PDFs to print in A4 portrait. Everything keeps printing in A5 landscape. Any ideas please?
After newest pdf viewer update now one cannot even rotate the view in the free version - how stupid is that? Every update was making ivewer havier and havier, without any benefits of that. Now they want me to pay monthly fee just so I could sotate the view - are they completely crazy??? For the first time in my life I've searched for alternatvie pdf viewers (there is a bunch out there) downloaded one, and I'm super happy - much lighter, much faster and without stupid intentions to charge me for being able to rotate the view - from now on I will NEVER use adobe again - it became complete crap.

I'm having the same problem running the "Read Out Loud" function on Adobe Reader XI that many others have reported. I have the latest version of Reader XI, I'm running it on Windows 7, all of the other text to voice functions work OK (e.g., the Windows "Text to Speech" voice test works fine).I've tried all of the "simple" fixes that have been suggested on the Adobe Community forums. I tried unchecking the "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" setting in Preferences. As many others have reported, this does not solve the problem for me. I had been using the "Read Out Loud" feature successfuly on another PC (running Adobe Reader X and Windows 7), so I am familiar with it and I was running it correctly. On my PC, the "Read Out Loud" function appears to be running, but there is no sound. All audio functions work normally for my other programs. I first click on "Activate Read Out Loud" and then "Read to End of Document". I can then click on selected portions o

Good day,Whenever I select an Adobe PDF file (not actually opening it) or if I actuall do open it, I always get this delaying error display: "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x0041240b". If it displays the error if you click Cancel, or Ok, it closes the PDF, and you need to reopen it, at which the second attempt it does not display the error message. Anyone have an idea what may be causing this?OS: Windows XP SP2Adobe Reader Version: 11.0.0.6 (be advised that this problem has be persistent in many versions since V10.00)

Hoping someone/anyone can shed some light on this for me... I have a requirement to deploy Adobe Reader version 11.0.21 at work, we need to use this version because our current HR system only allows certainly management functionality to work on this version. Anything newer and it falls over. I know that version 11.0.21 wasn't availalbe as an install so im trying to install Adobe Reader 11.0 and on the command line have it install the patch at the same time. I can't get this to work, i've tried to run the following examples:msiexec /a acroread.msi /p AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.mspmsiexec.exe /i "%~dp0AcroRead.msi" PATCH="%~dp0AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.msp" Does anyone have any ideas?
