Hello. I need some information. I have an editable pdf document that allows me, by clicking on a button, to generate an xml document and attach it directly to the default mail program. I wanted to know if it is possible to modify the pdf file so that the document can generate the xml file without automatically attaching it to the e-mail program. Then just create the xml file.

Hi, Guys:There is no problem with the document, because when I try to verify the digital sign on the document before, it succeed. However, I don't know why this time when I try to verify the document, it indicates that the validity of the ocument is “UNKNOWN”. For more than 5 years there has been a flaw, a bug on the site that does not correctly determine the system language! I have contacted support and posted about it in the community on this site, but no one has been doing anything for several years!The site https://get.adobe.com/ua/reader/otherversions/ for downloading the Adobe reader has even completely changed the design. But the error remained!The most amazing thing is that the site detects the browser language correctly, because the text is in my native language, Ukrainian. But it offers the ENGLISH version of the program for installation. You have to constantly manually select the Ukrainian version. And the cherry on the cake is what the 2019 version offers! Although there is 2021. After installing 2019, you still have to check the update and update the program. 

Hi, We have multiple Virtual Machines running work processes, one of these is to open PDF's (run Ctrl+Shift+S and then save the files in a specific location. Occasionally we are getting the below errror.   I need to know which option in settings i can use to disable this from occuring? Just to let you know, there are no changes being maded, just a Save As.  And saving it into a new location. This document does not allow you to save any changes you have made to it unless you are using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC or Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  You will only be saving a copy of the original document, Do you want to continue? Thanks in Advance Anthony

 Looks like Adobe AcroCEF process code crashes with OOM when its not able to connect to cloud server. This happens with some small PDF's when my VPN is connected which doesn't allow certian domain access.Similar thing happens with Google Drive This excessive use of RAM causes Laptop Freeze and only way out is End Task or hard restart.

I have reader for a long time, but recently it crushes every single time I try to edit the text. It is a form that should be editable. I need help

I am able to scroll in every other application on my computer using the touchpad except my Adobe. I used to be able to but a couple of days ago something changed and now I have a black cross displayed as cursor and I can only scroll between pages using the scroll bar on the right side of the files. I tried to look for nvidia (found on other discussions) but I have not found anything on my computer. I have the latest version downloaded. 

can't apply the reopen the pdf's from last session after last update. this command doesn't respond

I have a PDF created in Acrobat XI Pro. There are many fields on the form and I'm only having problems with one drop down box. When I select it, I see all the drop down options. However, when I select one of the values, it only shows the default value even though the form knows the value that I selected (other fields are populated based on the selected value). If I print the form, the correct value appears in the printed version....so the issue is just with the display. Oddly enough, the form functions correctly if I view the form in Acrobat XI Pro, but not when viewed through Reader DC. Yes, I have commit immediatly selected.

I get a pop error message saying access denied, but once I close it Reader works normally. How can I stop this annoying pop up? 

I am trying to understand why the application is rendering fonts bigger then whats defined in specification. Spec:3.6 -16.56 Td /F1 1 Tf[(Testing font size output)]TJ When I view the document with this spec in Adobe Reader, the text is clearly redable, the size looks bigger than whats on the spec but when I copy the text to Word document then I cant read anything as the text with actual size 1 is shown in document? Does the application apply some sort of default text resizing?If yes, how do i control this setting?

I have a VB.net program using AxAcroPDF to load PDF files from the desktop and I have a problem with cursor position.The user selects from a folder via Radio Button. The program goes to the folder, gets the path for the first PDF file and and loads it to the screen via AxAcroPDF1.  The cursor should go to a Text Box so the user can enter the customer number. The program then copies the PDF file to a customer specific folder, deletes it from the desktop folder, gets the next PDF file in the desktop folder and displays it in a loop.  This way customer service can scan a stack of documents and use the program to move them into their customer specific folders.When I first worked with the program, the PDF file was not allowing scroll. When I try to download a pdf file from a website to read, it downloads a few kb of the file and then freezes.  Is this an Adobe problem or an Internet Explorer problem?

For some reason...on my macbook air...I can no longer click the email button to send an attachment.After it asks for default account (mail)...I get an error message from Adobe.Do I need to ALLOW access to mail account somewhere?Thanks!

After installing the latest patch of Adobe Acrobat DC reader, 1D barcode is missing and left blank in our produced PDF form using Adobe software and our customer need to downgrade the verison of Adobe Acrobat DC reader to show the barcode. May I know if there is a bug in the latest patch or Adobe removed the support of 1D barcode for some reason? Will it be fixed in later patch?Please advise. Thank you.

When I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and click export, convert to word document ( I have purchased the program to do so), it always opens up a web browser that takes me to pricing, like I haven't purchased the program.  I am singed into my account when looking at original pdf.  How do I export to word without having to search through unnecessary open web browsers?

If we deactivate the protected mode in Acrobat Reader DC, some websites are going slowly. If the protected mode is active, the same sites have normal performance.Unfortunelly we have to deactivate this flag - but the user cannot work with this speed...Any hint, how can we deactivate protected mode AND working speedly? (Yes, deleting Adobe Reader would be a solution, but it is a last option...) We are working with MS Windows 10 and actual MS Edge Chromium browsers.

I get alot of text from my studies on PDF, so I use Acrobat Reader for this, but whenever I outline or cross out some of the important text and want to save it ....the program either crash or is stuck on a blank saving screen. Does anyone know what to do here?
