my computer have acrobat reader 10.1.0 and have acrobat standard 7.0when i use ie and view report (pdf) from browser . it shown error"There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat /Reader. If it is running ,please exit and try again.(0:104)"

Frequentemente surge a imagem abaixo no meu computador e não consigo resolver o problema

For some reason all my doucuments are oped up in acrobat reader and i cant do anything with them , cant send , save or anything i need to do with them. It is only recently happened ,i guess when I had to install Acrobat reader for something. I just need it off my mac book air  as i cant access all my documents ....  

Hi,we have problem with opening Adobe Dynamic XML form (created by AEM/LiveCycle Designer) in Acrobat or Reader.  On some computers it's working and some of then not. Computers has the same version of Reader. We tried to find some diferencies but with no success. It's random problem. For example attachement below.We are using Win10 in Windows domain.  Thank you for any ideas...

Hi team,We have been running a Citrix farm of ~10 hosts with Adobe Acrobat DC 10 (reader) for years now but this week the update 21.7.20091.59174 has caused us all manner of issues.  We are seeing thousands of app crashes similar to this on all hosts: Faulting application name: AcroCEF.exe, version: 21.7.20091.59174 And we are also seeing other issues such as the inability to save pdfs (it just opens a blank grey screen). We've tried clearing out user profiles, I've tried to roll back but it auto-updates again.  The issue definitely started with this new client when it auto-updated on Wednesday.Any help would be much appreciated. I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free version) on a Mac computer: 1.  How to disable automatice pop-up windows for "Add a Comment" window when I select a text?  I believe I must have inadvertently set up the feature in settings somewhere. 2.  Also, I am unable to use Highlight text feature.  The feature use to work and lately does not now.  When I select the icon in tool bar at top it responds with a marker symbol in a color and then when I move cursor over a text not highlighting  results.  How do I get the Hightllight to work? Help!

I have created an editable pdf that can be downloaded from my website (or emailed to people). The intent is for people to customize the pdf with their name in the editable textbox then use it as a screen saver on mobile phones, ipads or desktop computer.  THE CHALLENGE is HOW CAN THE PDF (for free) BE SAVED as IMAGE OR JPEG IF OPENED ON MOBILE PHONE?  Is there a way I can embed the pdf reader on our wordpress site and allow folk to edit, save, and download from there?   I am looking for the best way I should provide the editable pdf and direct people to how they can save and use it as an image, without requiring them to create accounts elsewhere, download apps or go through multiple steps. Thanks in advance for your help. 

One of my clients computers can't seem to save a pdf using file --> save. It is greyed out as well as the save icon on the task bar.  More info: they download a pdf from our website and save it to thier desktop. They open the pdf with adobe acrobat pro 2020. They make edits to the pdf. They go to save it and the buttons are greyed out. This client used the save as function to save the file, naming it something different, and that works to save, however, when they open the newly "saved as" file and make further edits, the save button is still greyed out.  I ran a repair and that didn't help. What are some other troubleshooting steps?

I have a few users that are having a problem with viewing comments in Adobe Reader DC (Free). They see some of them but not all, and while the comments are in the doc and appear on the right-hand side of the page, they need to click on them and expand them to view them but if I use another PDF reader such as Phantom PDF, they show up right away. Is there a way to fix this? It's critical as they're dealing with mortgages so the numbers need to be accurate and they need to see all comments without any extra clicking Screenshot #1  Screenshot #2 

Hi, If i try to open a pdf created with Acrobat Pro with fillable camps, Acrobat DC immediatly close with no pop up box. Trying opening the same file from another computer (with acrobat DC) or open the same file in the same pc with another pdf software it opens without problem. Trying opening another PDF without fillable camps, works.If i unistall and then install again Acrobat DC it seems work fine for some time, but then i have still the problem (after restart).Windows 11 Pro 21H2Thanks

For some reason, the second page is always upside down when I print double-sided. I tried flipping it short edge or long edge, it doesn't make a difference.  I don't seem to have many choices to change settings. As described to change the Auto-rotate setting. I don't see that at all. When I print from word docs it works fine. Please help, 

I send out a signature request to one party, they sign it. Then the document is locked. But we still need one more signature. This issue just started occurring. There was no issue before having both parties sign a document together. We can't find any check box to lock or unlock a document after the first signature is complete. This doesn't make sense. 

After updating the PDF to adobe DC, I frequently get other pictures when I open the file. What can I do to solve this problem?

Where do I find the password to open these protected pdf's? I just want to view them, not edit them.

I wnated to create hyperlinks to different pages in the Table of Contents within a PDF file. I read that I need a plugin for this but the plugin folder is missing in the menu bar - see below and there is no security option in Prefernces to add it in the menu bar either  

I used to be able to right click on the pdf document and the whole screen would turn blue, copy it, and then put it in a Word document.  Now Adobe Reader does not do that anymore.  I am also not able to copy a portion of the text in the pdf document. How can I fix?  Thanks, Lisa

I have installed the lateset reader dc version from adobe and isntalled on three new laptops.  On all three adobe was not an option to select as an application for pdfs.  If I would go into "Set Defaults by App" its not listed in there either.  On 2/3 laptops I was able to set as default after re installing for a 3rd time.  But on one there is nothing I can do that seems to get it to work.  Have updated to lastest version of windows 10. 

I have a fillable pdf issued from my office. I need to fill out the first half and sign it, and then another party needs to fill out the second part and sign it. How do I sign this fillable document digitally? I keep receiving notifications that it cannot be signed. I found some suggestions for converting the file pdf file to a different type (non fillable?) that will allow me to sign it. The problem is that if I convert it to a non-fillable one, the second party won't be able to fill out their portion of the document.  So my question is: how can I sign a fillable pdf file on (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015) while at the same time leaving it a fillable document? 

Estou há dias tentando solucionar este problema e não consigo, o aplicativo carrega até os 50% logo depois vai direto para o 100%, ao invés de aparecer este sinal verde ✔, aparece um X vermelho e diz que a instalação foi concluida.

When viewing pdf files from a network share, acrobat reader for some reason looses track of the file after ~2 hours. Then the file must be closed and opened again. It is not because the network drive i no longer available, I have checked that many times.  It is a consistent and highly annoying bug which has been present for years. Other people has reported it as well, but nothing seems to be done. PLEASE PLEASE fix it. It is driving me nuts. 

I deploy a 32-bit package of Adobe Reader 21.007.20099. The installation functions normally immediately following installation.After ARM updater runs, however, my 32-bit install gets "automatically" upgraded to 64-bit installation of 21.007.20099, and the default PDF Reader gets reset to MS Edge. These may or may not be directly related, but both are frustruating and have no obvious cause. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Give me please, faced a problem when installing the trial version. The application requires linking a debit or credit card and the trial write-off over 1$, this is a very large amount. Why can`t the trial amount be reduced to 30 cents?
