Give me please, faced a problem when installing the trial version. The application requires linking a debit or credit card and the trial write-off over 1$, this is a very large amount. Why can`t the trial amount be reduced to 30 cents?

Hi All, I need to have Adobe Acrobat DC (for limited number of users) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (for all users) on a terminal server.It has always been possible to have both versions on the same machine.However, today i tried to insall both vesion on on server and got "old/new acrobat version already installed" error.Has something recently changed in this regards?Please advise how I can install both Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader on the same machine. Thanks.

Hallo,es kommt immer mal vor, das der Text der digitalen Signatur auf dem PDF nicht lesbar/verschoben ist.Der Fehler tritt nur spoardisch bei der kostenpflichtigen Adobe Acrobat DC Version auf.  Das selbe Dokument, kann dann aber mit der Freeware Adobe Reader ohne Problem signiert werden. Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung und die Überprüfung der Signatur ist ebenfalls erfolgreich. Es handelt sich lediglich um die Darstellung, welche natürlich so nicht akzeptabel ist.Im Anhang ist ein Screenshot.Kann hier jemand Hilfestellung zur Lösung des Problemes geben?Danke  

Hi,We have a windows 2019 RDS Server setup with the latest version of adobe reader installed.When opened with the admin account it was installed with it works fine. When opened as an RDS User the memory usage shoots up until it crashes the whole server. This happens consistently everytime.It is the Adobe AcroCEF process that takes all memory. Image below shows it using 50gb. after it being open maybe 10-15 seconds. This continues to rise until crashing.  Has anyone got a fix for this? Only solution I have found so far is to use foxit instead. Thanks 

I have recently upgraded my iMac and Acrobate Reader DC now defaults to my Dymo Labe Printer when printing as opposed to my selected default printer HP Pagewide printer. I have confirmed a number of times that I have the HP printer selected as default in preferences. Thanking you in advance. 

How ridiculous. You have to buy an Adobe product to simply rotate a document. Seriously Adobe!!!

Hello,I'm an IT specialist at my company, and our users have been having issues with the share feature since the 2019 update. Most notably is that they receive invoices that they need to digitally sign and return to the sender. In the past, they would open the PDF, use Fill & Sign to sign it, and click the Mail icon to email it back, never having to save a local copy.I understand that there is the new unified sharing center (which we're personally not a fan of, and it doesn't look like we're alone in that sentiment) but I can live with it. The annoying part is that our users are having to agree to save a local copy before they can send off the signed PDF. Is there a setting we can disable so that they don't have to save a local copy before sharing it? This is rather annoying, and adds in several extra maintenance steps to what was once a simple one click process.Any advice would be most appreciated.Thank you,-Elliot

I know that for customizing the toolbar you need to right click on the Quick Tools menu bar and select Customize Quick Tools from the drop-down menu (it is clearly explained here). I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in a Macbook Pro and I do not have the option Customize Quick Tools  available in the mentioned drop-down menu. This feature is very useful for me and I would appreciate any advice for how to fix it.

Hi everyone. I need some help. Whenever I need to do some comments on my PDF Adobe reader DC freezes and then I get an error message saying that there's a problem and the program has to close. It always happens when I start using the commenting tools but especially if I need to open the properties of these tools to change a color on a highlight or something like that. It's also very sluggish once I open the comment tool. Can anyone help me out I have to use this tool frequently in class to write notes on the handouts highlight sections in my textbooks and it really slows me down.

I installed the trial version of Acrobat DC a couple days ago.  Now I want to install Reader DC so I can test what my PDFs will look like to Reader users after I create them in Acrobat.  However, when I try to install Reader DC I get the message Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Old/New Acrobat version already installed.Is it conflicting with the newly installed Acrobat DC or perhaps an older deleted version of  Reader?  I may have had Reader installed on this machine years ago, but I am not seeing any trace of it in Uninstall, Control Panel, or Program Files.How might I overcome this and load Reader DC on the same machine as Acrobat DC?

Hello,Since the last update, it's impossible to send email from Adobe Reader DC via Outlook 2019. We have a blank screen when we click to send mail.See the captureHelp me please. 

I have a user who views documents in one of our apps and several times a day, when he opens a pdf through adobe in the browser, the entire Internet Explorer browser freezes and must be closed through task manager. There are no errors in my app's logs. The new Free adobe is treating all scanned text PDF as image.How do I stop this in the free adobe.And when selecting read, it tells me page empty.When I serached, the solution has to do with OCR and the new adobe, the function to work around this issue has been moved to adobe pro.    

Hello   Acrobat Reader 2021.007.20091 Windows 10 professionnel 19043.1237 (Both in French version)   Every time I use the search function with Acrobat Reader this is what I get, a blank page with blue highlights. I have to change the zoom factor to restore a normal display, and it becomes really painful.   This bug has been around for several months and it is time to correct it. Thank you.  

If I remove Adobe Acrobat Reader DC continuous release, will my Adobe Acrobat XI Standard version 11.0.23 start working again or will I have to remove the program and then reinstall?  (When I tried to open a .jpg file, which I could always open with Acrobat XI; error message appears “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open XXX.jpg because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.) It’s not the jpg file but the darn reader – reader must go!  Help!

Hello I'm a bit of a beginner so please bear with me! I have adobe DC (the free version) and I want to know how I can save the contents ( which are lots of folders containing files) to my computer. When I use file explorer I am unable to find my adobe DC - it's not in documents, onedrive etc etcDoes it matter that my email and password for adobe DC is different from my email and password foronedrive? I presume not but thought I'd ask. Sorry if that sounds dumb!Essentially I  just want to get adobe dc onto my desktop, so that I can then access the desktop to export the folders in adobe dc to a referencing tool called Endnote.I'm a PhD student and desperate to sort this out as I have deadlines to meet! If anyone can help I'd be mega grateful! Thanks guys.

This topic has been discussed many times but I'm here to bring back up cause it's brutal that there still hasn't been a solution... When you hover or click the taskbar icon for Adobe Reader DC, it shows all open tabs (of a single window) as individual items. Compared to something like Chrome where a single windows (with many tabs) comes up as a single item and many windows come up with their own item. Many people have asked for the ability to group all the tabs into one item on the taskbar instead of seeing them all individually. We just want to click the window and be presented with the last tab we were viewing. It's simple. We shouldn't have to find all sorts of half asses workarounds. Just fix it please. Thanks,Zach

I know, this sounds easy, and I am feeling kind of dumb... I have a document (user manual) whose most pages are "2 in 1". The document is available as an attachment to this post. The printed version (coming with the product) is an A3-ish booklet showing one A4-ish page per numbered page.The pdf version has 2 pages per A4 landscape (except for the first page). As you can guess, printing it gives a barely legible document. So, I would like to print this manual on a A4/letter printer, so that each "numbered page" in the pdf goes on a printed A4 page (e.g., numbered pages 2 and 3 go on two separate pages). I can't find how to do do that (Adobe reader DC 2021.007.20099) running on windows 10. THanks in advanceGilbert PS: why do I want a printed version if I have the booklet? Well, I need only the English pages, and I want to preserve the booklet. Photocopying with my low-end multi-function device is so-so, while printing is fine. I >could< go to a copy shop...

I have a Brothers HL-L6200DWT printer and Brothers says its an Adobe problem.  When I print a large file of letter and legal size pages I get ink smudges on my legal pages but not my letter.  Need help. 

Hi, I was using the commentary tools. I used a square and a circle to remark a part of the document, but by mistake when I was looking for a color arround I selected a background color for the whole figure (covering what remains behind). i don't know how to eliminate this colors and keep only the frame. Can anybody help me?

Hi there i cancelled my free trial and now I am being billed for something I cancelled! If I try cancel it now you are charging me $100?! please cancel my subscription with no charge. This is not that nice to deal with and your chat bot won't let me send messages to it as it has no send button. 

Hello, I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and since I signed up I keep finding "Adobe Genuine Software Integrity" using 20/25% of my CPU (i7).  This is unacceptable. Can someone please help me? I am on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2, Acrobad version 2021.007.20099 64bit. Thanks

I recently upgraded from Adobe Reader DC to Adobe Pro. However, when I go to download the upgrade, it always stalls out a 90% and never finishes. How do I resolve this issue? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
