Acrobat Reader

Hi, I followed the instructions contained in this manual: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/approved-trust-list-update-dialog.html, but the certificate "Certification authority for Brazilian root" was not updated and multiple digital signatures were not validated correctly.To fix this, I did a manual update, but I have a client that won't be able to do this.Is there another way to perform this update?The correct certificates (ICP-Brasilv2.crt and ICP-Brasilv5.crt) can be found here: https://www.gov.br/fazenda/pt-br/assuntos/noticias/2018/setembro/alerta-de-pagina-nao-confiavel-atualizacao-da-cadeia-de-certificacao Thanks in advance.

 This is what I get, the backgroud image changes and the name in the lower-left corner too, but I can't read the pdf that I try to, because of those continuous pop-ups. Any solution besides ditching Acrobat reader?

I have a MacBook Air and I have tried all of the suggestions to solve this problem and nothing works. There is no way to contact Adobe directly and I am simply tired and pissed off.  Is using PDF Expert and removing Acrobat and cancelling my subscription a better option? 

I tried googling if there was someone out there suffering the same issue as mine.But this seems to be a rare type of issue that I could not find a solution by googling. I have been getting these random "Adobe Stock" ad popup whenever I open a PDF file.Even though I close it, another one pops up, and it goes on for 3~4 more popups.It even closes and opens and closes by itself. (Screen capture below)  I have no idea at all why is this happening since few days ago.This is extremely annoying and I really need to know how to somehow turn off this popup.Help please

I'm trying to clear an existing signature and add a new one.  I used to be able to right click to select "clear signature" option.  However, I don't see the "clear singature" option. Can anyone help?  I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.007.20099.  I'm on Windows 10. Thanks.

Hi,I work in IT and many users at my company have been experiencing this error.  It seems to have when a user is opening/closing PDF's several times in a row.Example: A doctor is showing a patient results that are in PDF form and the doctor opens/closes/opens several of them in a short time.It is intermittent but can be reproduced with enough opening/closing.It happens on v15.023.20070 and then we upgraded to v17.012.20093 and it still happens.We turned off protected mode via the HKLM registry key and it still happens.Any suggestions?I see lots of other posts on this forum with the same error but not had an answer that worked.Thanks

10/27/21I'm on the latest Windows 10 OS (build 19043.1288)I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit) version: 21.007.20099 installed.I have set to index PDF properties and contentsI have rebuilt the indexThe filter description is: PDF Professional FilterI can't download any iFilter filters from Adobe as stated in many fourms. All links are broken now. Still no results from inside PDF fiiles.I DO NOT want to use the Adobe advanced search option. The output is a pain to use when I get 100 files returned. Help!!! When I go to tag individual paragraphs, it tags the whole section of text as one giant paragraph.. which is messing up the entire reading order! How does one fix this issue?

Hi Would it be possible to disable one setting which user can not modify it as below? How to do it?

Hello everyoneInterested in the question of how to completely disable sidebars in Acrobat DC? Already very tired, every time it is necessary to turn off. If you check the box to save the previous view, then the side panels open periodically anyway. my pdf is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (32-bit). in a file form unable to fill any data  though the fill & sign option opens.no entry is recorded when I write data.

I have a visa application form that requires both English and Chinese. When I enter Chinese characters (either with the standard Chinese Windows keyboard or via copy/paste) it shows up as little squares with an X inside. I have read though dozens of posts here all saying to download Chinese language packs, but every single link is broken. Can someone help?

PDF created with Adobe Illustrator does not print as seen on Acrobat. The image appears green in print preview and printed page  

When I send a bulk of documents out for signature, as someone fills them out the data fields from one template are auto-filling random other data fields on other template documents

Hello together, we're struggling with one "feature" of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. After signig a document with a certificate, there's always a "Save as" prompt. We can never sign the original file but always have save it as a new one. Is there a way to fix it? We've tried to disable the protected mode on startup but it didn't help, popup's still coming. Thank youBRVladimir

Having a very strange issue going on. When we go to print a document in Adobe, select properties and advanced to switch to legal paper, we get the error that the Document cannot be printed. If we go back into advanced and make no changes and simply select yes until we are back to the intial print screen  and select print, it will print with no issues.

I created a fillable form.  On one computer, running Windows 8, the form prints just fine.  On another, running Windows 10-Pro, the form prints, but also prints the drop-down box arrows. Ho do I keep the drop-down arrowns from printing?  Both are running Acrobat Reader.  

When I customize the comment tool bar it will assign tools I need but will not keep them there after a restart or two of Adobe. I am using the newest version of Adobe Acrobat DC on a full updated copy of Windows 10, I have completely removed the install and re-installed still geting the same issue. 

As subject. Currenty, i have some files and it is open ok with browser but cannot open by Adobe Acrobat Reader (alway not show message "There was an error opening this document. The file is demaged and cound not be reparired") Files are download from GDrive and happen this issues. Have any idea to help me.

hello everyone, I am new to adobe and I am wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I run an auto repair shop and we use a system called tracs to create invoices and handle info etc. We have also picked up fleets of vehicles that require us to fill out separate paperwork for repairs and parts being used. I was wondering if there is anyway to create multiple templates of the same paper that has been pre made and provided to us, filled out in an assortment of different repair possibility's  and combine those templates into a pdf to print instead of hand writing these papers. For example if a vehicle needs a front brake job and also needs a coolant flush could I pull up both of those premade templates and combine them on my pre made sheet that I have saved as a pdf and print with parts, labor, etc already being filled out. thank you in advance for any help in advance!

the original text in PDF file disappeared

When a document is selected from anywhere in Reader, all that is displayed in print preview is a blank page. If print is selected, nothing prints. Have printed previously with no problems.
