I set in edit/forms required highlight color, and common color...I set my preferences default at comment options, I edited author name and a color (with specific opacity)...and when in full screen mode there is only 15 colors, and always change my default color, if I choose one. Why I cannot use more colors in page color popup menu? and why change my default colors in commenting option, if I use another color from this pop up menu (what I don't want to because, these are only few colors). The best option would be if simply there is more colors in this pop up menu. If this color menu don't have more option (only about 15 colors), the other specific color sets are useless. Without reason! In reply tell if in Pro edition this feature problem doesn't exist. ThanksBlue
Hi, I'm trying to print a document that has a 10x10cm test square. When I select print to "Actual Size", the printed square measures 9.7cm x 9.7cm. I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.005.20060 64-bit on Windows 10. Printing the document at actual size using Adobe Acrobat Reader on a Mac gives the 10 x 10 square as expected. Are there are setting other than "Actual Size" that need to be changed?
I have a PDF that I downloaded from a company that I need to print and fill out, yet when I print it, most of the text is gibberish. I have uninstalled Adobe Reader, and even my printer, rebooted, reinstalled Adobe Reader (latest version) and my printer drivers, yet still the same issue. The PDF file prints fine on my other computers and using the same printer. I would like to figure out why it's printing this gibberish, nonsense text from just my PC. I can print other PDF files without issue on my PC, it's just this one. But remember, this same PDF prints fine on my other PCs and using the same printer. I have tried "Print as Image" and "Rely on System Fonts Only" but it still does the same thing. Attached are 2 pictures: one of the gibberish prints and the other is what it *should* be. Also attached the PDF if that helps.

Our company receives PDF invoices. When we preview, open from within Outlook, or download the PDF to desktop and then open, the PDF contains a large amount of garbage characters. However, when the email with the PDF is forwarded to another person, the garbage characters are gone. This isn't isolated to a single recipient. We have 2 employees that receive the invoices and their workaround is to forward the invoice to the other. Any ideas?
An app was randomly and misteriously taking focus from my games, my games would minimize and I would have to alt-tab back to them. The event doesn't happen often, but it's still annoying. I think it only happens once per windows boot. I found tool, to help my identify when programs switch focus. It would print the Process ID, Full Path, and Time for each focus switch on windows. Then you would wait for the event to happen, note the time, and look at the log for the closest timestamp. (Program from HappyDriod.com/focus) After running it in the background for a few sessions, I identified Acrobat Reader as the culprit. I didn't open Acrobat Reader to begin with, it was closed, and has been closed for that windows session until that moment in time. And which game I'm playin The line would look something like this:3368:C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe | Tue Nov 05 09:14:18 2019 My guess is it's opening to check for updates. I checked for

I am going through a thousand plus pdf files, copying and pasting info onto a spread sheet, and it really slows me down to have to close the right side Task Panel for each one. The job is boring enough without having it slowed, and it really breaks my rhythm. I have to be able to see what I need to copy and a view less than 75% starts is difficult for me. Auto sizing with the panel is no more than 50% and locked in to 75% a third of my document is blocked. I'd just like to close it once and not have to close it for every single pdf. Is it possible? Every search I've done tells me how to close the Tools Panel, which already stays closed. TIA~Faith
We don't need any of the sidebar services, but the sidebar and toolbar appear to be wed to each other.
My Adobe Reader cannot sign. When "Fill and Sign" is turned on, the "Sign" button is always gray, even if I select the space or area I want to sign (the "Sign" button is gray). I tried everything I knew and I couldn't change it.
Hi, Is there any limit for adobe reader, such as cache file or folder path should be clean in routine? Thanks a lot.Regards, Hsu Yao Chang

I am having trouble in Adobe with “reminders” and “cancel” not coming up when I open an agreement that has already been sent. I should be able to open it and have “Activity”, “Reminders”, and “Cancel” as options on the right sideof the screen, but for some reason on a majority of the pdfs it only shows “Activity”.can someone provide steps to turn it on for a doc etc.It should show this..But I can only see this on some docs...
This has happened many times now and for different reason (not always doing the same thing). What is happening is that my Adobe Acrobat window changes size (out of full screen), blocks whatever was in the next full screen, and if I click on any part of the file, I get a "beep" sound as if a dialog box is open and you have to, say, click save. Sometimes this happens when I'm quitting the program. Sometimes this happens when I'm opening a new file (with the program already running). Sometimes this happens when I'm just saving a file. I've tried clicking "return" (to pretend I'm saving something) or "esc" (to exit what ever dialog box is blocking my use) with no results. I can move the window around the screen, but I cannot change its size or do anything else. If I click any of the menus at the top, all options are gray (you can't use them). My solution has been to force quit, but this is getting out of hand. Any idea how to see that bloody
Hallo! Danke!
I print greeting cards. To print a card, I first open the card file in Reader and I print from there. I use the settings in my Reader print dialogue to control my print output. I have been doing this for years on my Mac and am now trying to replicate the print settings on a different Mac. Reader is showing me two different sets of print dialogue box options; the second set does not contain all of the options that the first set has. I have attached 3 screen shots showing the setting options I have been using. These three screenshots show where I begin ("Layout" center of screen - 1/3), what I select ("Printer Settings" - 2/3) and the available options, including "Media Type" and "Output Resolution" (3/3). I have also attached a fourth screenshot (Screenshot 4) showing the availabe options I am offered on my second machine, that I am trying to use for the same type of printing jobs as on the orginal Mac. Selecting "Layout" on this versio
As you may know, Microsoft and Adobe have partnered to provide a plugin for Adobe Acrobat (DC and Reader DC) to use Azure Information Protection (AIP). Could you tell me network requirements when using Azure Information Protection with Adobe Reader?
Hello, We have a PDF Fillable Form we use internally in our office. We complete the necessary fields and then print onto specific paper that has the corresponding blank fields (along with other text). When I used to use this fillable form on our Windows PC it would print with no issues, however, now I am using a new Mac Mini and when I print, the fillable fields no longer print in the correct spot on our template. I am using the most current version of Adobe Reader, I have also updated my iOS to the most current, and installed all the correct drivers for the printer (and done all troubleshooting with the printer manufactuer to rule out a printer issue). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this is something I use pretty much on a daily basis. If any further info or clarification would help, please let me know! Thanks
When a consultant configured a Windows GPO for Acrobat Reader DC 2017 in our enterprise, an Adobe ADMX file was used (Acrobat2017.admx). Its 2021, all the Adobe Reader DC installations have auto-updated to 2021.005.20060, and we are updating all the Active Directory ADMX files to the latest versions, except I can't find a newer ADMX file than this for Reader DC. In fact, I cannot find any Adobe ADMX files for any of it's products newer than 2015. Even more bizarrely, Adobe's sites don't even reference ADMX files for configuring their products with GPO's. What am I missing? Where did the ADMX file go? Thanks,Paul.
I have set Acrobat Professional as my default application for .pdf files, however it doesn't stick; unless I right click and choose the "open with" option, Acrobat DC takes over even with Acrobat Professional set as the default application. I have no uses for DC as I have purchased Acrobat Professional, which is more useful and familiar to me in terms of manipulating .pdf files. I would simply uninstall it, as I have before because of this but lately I have found sites are requesting I install it as former acrobat plug-ins are deprecating, so not having DC is posing a problem as well. I know Adobe is proud of their new program, but DC is acting like a religious cult or an anxious teenager, I can't decide which one, either way the point is it's annoying; I don't want it.
My PDF's keep changing zoom when I use a bookmark. I've used Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Default Layout and Zoom function to get it to open at the right Zoom, but I can't figure out how to keep from changing on its own. Is there a way to fix this?
