We have a SharePoint 2019 on-prem farm that we are using as a document management platform. When we open PDF's from some of the sites and check them out to make changes and try to save those changes back, we are getting an "Adobe Acrobat Reader Cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again." and the PDF won't save. The strange thing is some of the sites in the farm will work, but others wont and when looking at the setup of them they are the same, and we can’t see any differences. I have tried with an account that is a site collection admin but still get the same issue, so that rules out it being a permission issue. Im not to sure what to check now, but was wondering if anyone else has had the same or know of anyway to turn debug logs on with acrobat to try find out why? Thanks in advance!
Quero pagar uma compra através de boleto.Como gerar o boleto?
I've been exporting Word files as pdfs (Using the 'save as' route, not the print menu -> save as pdf route..., because I have embedded links that need to come through in the final pdf.) However, all of my pages have a border (artistic) that I also want to be there but when I view the pdf (Acrobat Pro DC) Everything BUT the page borders comes through just fine. (Pictures included below...) All of the links work when I click them, etc. but no matter what I do, I can't get the page borders to come through to the final pdf. I've set the original document to all sorts of layouts and dimensions (everything from small page borders, down to completely no borders...) but nothing I do seems to get the page borders to come through or show up in the final pdf. Any help is appreciated!!
Hi all,We have multiple (5+) users reporting issues where they are unable to open more than one PDF in Adobe Reader DC at a time.I have ensured that the correct setting to allow multiple documents is on, however, they keep having the issue. It seems that this issue is spreading as they update Windows. The scenario plays out like this:1. Adobe Reader DC is closed2. User opens 1st PDF document3. Adobe Reader DC opens and displays the document4. User minimises Reader and attempts to open 2nd PDF5. Nothing happens, Reader does not display, nor open the 2nd PDF6. If User checks the Reader by manually maximising the application, the 1st PDF is still open7. If User closes the 1st PDF, they can then open another. But only ever ONE at a time.Any help would be great, we are getting more and more unhappy users by the day!Thank you!
I keep getting the above problem. please check if there is a solution
My Acrobat Reader DC quit functining in Windows 10 quite a while ago. I have tried another free pdf Reader, but want Acrobat back! I deleted the Reader DC program and have reinstalled several times. When I try to run the program I get the error message "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again." Does anyone out there have any idea what is wrong?
Hey everyone, I'm doing some translation work that involves copying and pasting chunks of text out of scanned PDF documents (originals are in German). A few weeks ago, I noticed that Acrobat stopped recognizing German characters (specifically ä, ö, & ß) and now leaves an empty space where the letters are when copied and pasted into a text editing software (so a word like "hätte" reads like "h tte"). I just re-installed the program but still no luck. Any suggestions? Thank you!
For over a decade now, users have been having trouble with Adobe Reader asking for a pasword upon opening, before encountering anything like a protected file. It's still happening, at least to me. I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2021.005. 20048 on a late 2019 Mac Pro (the new one) under macOS Big Sur version 11.4. Every couple of days, I try to open Acrobat reader and it asks for a password using the Adobe account sign-in box (screenshot attached.) It does this regardless of whether or not I'm signed in to my Adobe Creative Cloud account; in fact, it seems to insist on a sign-in even when I am currently logged into Creative Cloud. I'd appreciate some help clearing this up. At the very least, let's get it to respect the Cloud sign-in status.

Comment tool quit functioning. Cannot read comments posted to page though can see very lightly shaded text if scaled all the way up to 24. This is a new problem and I have tried a complete uninstall, reinstall, download fresh etc. Very disappointing. It seems to be in a recent update? The only thing I see for solutions are much older versions. What I see when typing text (text box or no box, no difference)What I see when I click outside of the boxWhat I see when I click on the comment in the side bar (or manage to find it with the cursorWhat I see for my options on the Comment toolbar What I see when opening up the Font settings is standard - there are no transparency settings available anywherePlease advise

Each machine with the June update installed (and the hotfix doesn't help) no longer has hyperlinks in word documents linked to external websites that work properly. The link opens, but Word then crashes. If Adobe Reader is uninstalled, other PDF programs properly open these external links from a Word hyperlink. Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Every time i restart my computer i get the error: The ordinal 3283 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.dll. My short term solution was that i reinstalled the program every time that error occurs. Has anyone else had the same problem?
