hi my name is kapil and i am trying to open one (which is downloded) pdf document.which giving me an error as there was an error processing a page. there was a problem reading this document (110) for some page only. i am using acrobat reader x. is it any 3d setting or any thing else please give me an idea. i am waiting for replay as soon as possible...........your sincerelyKAPIL TRIVEDI

I would appreciate help with the following issue: When printing a B2 document (50x70 cm) to A3 paper the actual output always either ends up on A4 paper or the printer complains that A4 paper should be loaded instead of A3 paper. Additional info:document is one page B2 PDF (a poster)Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version is 21.1.20155.433178Screenshot of print dialog options:None of all combinations for "Choose paper source by PDF page size" and "Use custom paper size when needed" produces the desired output, which is to fit B2 poster to A3 page. A3 paper is loaded into "Drawer 2".

I have an issue is an Acrobat install on Windows 10. The program is damaged. I can open a PDF with it but the pdf/acrobat icon does not display on the program or on pdfs. When I try to repair the application from within the program, nothing happens. When I try to check for updates from within the program, I get and error 111100. When I try to unistall the program from the Windows settings, the Adobe Reader does not show in the list of programs on the machine.I have used the Acrobat cleaner using the default directory and it says it successfully cleans the program but it is still present on the machine as described above. Any help is appreciated.

I get a message that my Adobe Reader has been stopped for safety reasons. It is not possible to stop the App or remove it from my computer. I have to give in my password or get a new one. When asking for a new password I receive a code from telephone number :0447591544589. I would like to kow if this is really Adobe company or some criminal trying to get access to my computer.

Trying to digitally sign a PDF doc. I was able to do this 2 weeks ago, but can't now.  I've tried using the trusted certificates (under tools) as well as "fill & sign" and both are greyed out and won't allow me to use them. Screenshots provided of what version windows I'm using, etc. Thanks in advance for your help

Good day,I Can not Color print with Adobe Reader DC in HP printer. With any other program is working good but when I open a PDF document with Reader DC is only printing in black and white, I went to all properties but can not fix. Help please!  

Does the latest version of Adobe Reader for IPAD function and support the same features provided in an interactive PDF form designed/developed in Acrobat Pro as it does when installed and running on a Windows 10 PC?

I had to change to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to sign documents as Adobe Acrobat would not allow me to sign documents anymore. Now I cannot add a header & footer to my documents using this new Adobe Reader DC. Is there a way of adding header & footer to the tool bar? 

Hello, i faced with a problem during file opening. I cant open pdf with long path, its approximate 190 over characters. I can open odt or ods formats, but not pdf. Is where any limit on max file path of pdf files on windows?, cos all works on linux.

I am on Windows 10, using Word 2016.  When I save as a PDF, images that I copy and pasted from One Note, look fine on the screen and print to the printer, but when I save as a PDF, the images are extremely compressed and not legible.  This just started after the first of the year.  If I print to a PDF, it is fine.  I also downloaded DC to see if that would help and it did not.  I also posted on a Microsoft communtiy without any solution.  Attached is the Word doc, the Print to PDF and the Save as PDF (1)

Hello all I've encountered a problem where Adobe Reader DC claims to not find revocation information in the leaf and issuing CA certificates. I have checked both certificates and the OCSP and CRL urls are present in the 'authority info access' and 'crl distribution points' extensions respectively. I'm quite sure thiss worked in older versions of Adobe Reader.Has something changed in the signature verification requirements/procedures? Any help or pointers are very welcome.   

Hello,I'm hoping someone can help me.  We have many Windows 10 workstations with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release 2018.011.20055 installed with many secutrity vulnerabilities.1 - the Adobe Acrobat Update Service is set to Automatic and Running.2 - there is no bUpdater registry entry.3 - HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Legacy\Reader\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AC0F074E4100}]\Mode is set to 3.4 - HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Products\{291AA914-A987-4CE9-BD63-AC0A92D435E5}]\Mode is set to 3.5 - Check in both locations is set to 7.  It has been significantly longer than 7 days since these registry changes were made.6 - I don't see any restictive settings in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe.Can someone let me know what else I need to do to get it to auto-update? It would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi, On my computer I get a fly out menu when I open a PDF on the web (Chrome/Edge) called "Open in Acrobat" (In Acrobat öffnen). If I click it, the PDF open in Adobe Reader. I use Microsoft Edge Chromium  and the Google Chrome extension for Adobe Acrobat.Adobe Acrobat - Chrome Web Store (google.com) My problem is, that this is only working in my computer, on my laptop I don't have this option.How can I activate it? I tried Adobe Reader x86 and x64 on Windows 10 20H1, 20H2 and 21H1 with current version of Edge Chromium or Google Chrome.  Any suggestion?  RegardsDaniel

Hello, I just want to ask.. Does anybody know if there are any plans to update non-english versions of   Adobre Acrobat Reader DC for Windows 10? For example latest Czech version on https://get.adobe.com/ is 2019.008.20071. English, German versions are 2021.001.20145.2019.008.20071 have lot of issues like opening pdfs in protected mode from dfs forum here- Solved: Can only open 1 PDF at a time from DFS server - Page 2 - Adobe Support Community - 10567535 Thanks

Tengo una consulta, cuando trabajo documentos en Document Cloud desde el celular o computadora, no se actualiza en el otro dispositivo. Por ejemplo, modifico en mi celular y esas modificaciones no se visualizan en otro dispositivo. Por favor si me pudieran orientar.

Quando abro do computador local funciona perfeitamente.Quando tempo abrir de uma pasta compartilhada não consigo, tenho que abrir um fechar depois abrir o outro. Fiz um teste consegui abrir dois arquivos .pdf com navegador de interenet normal.Alguém pode dar um apoio nesta situação?Obrigado pela atenção.

Hello, I use JS to set some fields, empty default values, check fields... when document action "will print" initiated. (hitting Print button)After this i choose "print to PDF", so i have to select a file to save.When saving of the file is finished, the document action "did print" executed as it should an call my js function => everything is ok.My problem is: The document action "will print" allready executed, that is ok and should be. But if i cancel the printing (for example, if i abort saving print to PDF), the "did print" action not executed. So the form stock between "will print" and "did print". That is a problem.In other PDF-viewer software, the action "did print" also executed, even if i cancle printing (saving to PDF file). Is this a bug or should it be, that "did print" not executed after abort saving file to pdf? Thank you very much and best regardsvadaszaleb

hey adobe-community,I got several questions about the comparing function of Adobe Acrobat.We want to use a software to compare signed customer contracts to their accordance with the unsigned contract we sent out. The process works like this: we set up a document as word file and convert it to a OCR searchable pdf file. Then we send it to  the customer and he should sign, scan and send it back.Now we want to use Acrobat to compare the pdf file before and after the signing of the customer to check if the customer edited some parts of the contract. That's what we want to do.My question is: if the customer has no OCR scanner and sends back a non-searchable pdf-file, does the correct comparing of the pdf files still work? So does Acrobat have a built-in software OCR function? Is it possible to compare non-OCR and OCR-containing PDF's without having trouble with the comparing? If yes do we need the Acrobat Pro license? Or is the comparing function of the pro version somehow "better" or

Hi Team , I have the following issue with a brand new laptop.When I open my PDF with Adobe Reader DC everything is perfect until I get clopse to any form field or box. The whole pdf changes to a low low EGA kind of reolution and is unreadeable. Picture attached and please let me know what other information I can provide.So far I know its a brand new Lenovo.Maybe you can tell me what to run to get the nessesary information.  Thank you very much ! Christian --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This line is to separate the pictures 🙂
